Your baby will delight in chasing after this Go Baby Go! Crawl-Along Musical Ball by Fisher-Price! As your baby bats at the ball or rolls it across the floor, the cheerful monkey balances on top. Silly sounds and music add to the excitement! The ball even encourages your baby's physical development.

This toy has also been evaluated by National Lekotek Center, a nonprofit organization dedicated to making the world accessible to children of all abilities. Lekotek offers the following additional info:

A real balancing act! Use the slightest touch. Give it a good swipe. Or, roll it across the floor. No matter what your child does, the cheerful monkey balances on top! Silly sounds and whimsical music help capture and hold attention. This activity can be used to encourage gross motor skill practice as children creep, crawl or walk to retrieve the ball for further play. Visual tracking skills are also promoted as children use their eyes to follow the ball's movement as it tips, wobbles or rolls! Hint: Place the ball in a box top to keep it within reach for children who are not yet moving about.

My husband bought this for our daughter when she was 3 months old because she loves that little monkey. From the first time she saw it she loved it. Even before she could go after it she couldn't get enough of pushing it and pulling it to make it giggle. Now that she can go after it she loves it even more. It's a must have for a busy baby!

My 8 month old daughter has probably played with this toy for a combined 5 minutes since I bought it. She likes to roll balls around so I thought she'd love this, but since it can really only roll in a straight line and isn't good for throwing or kicking she doesn't care for it. My 18 month old nephew has no interest in it either. Perhaps if it rolled itself they'd like it more. Quality wise it seems well-made. The volume is ok and it has survived being thrown once.

My son is 9 months old and crawling all over the place. Grandma bought him this toy for christmas and he absolutely loves chasing after it. It doesn't keep his attention for too long but he lights up when he plays with it; the monkey has a contagious laugh after being spun around and plays cute music when touched. Caden's smile brings a smile to my face so we're satisfied with this product.

Two of my grand babies have this toy, and they are 6 and 8 months old. They love the way they can bat the monkey down and he comes back up! It also makes cute sounds and plays music. This will entertain them for a long time to come!

My son loves this monkey...and has since he was a newborn (now 10 months). The sound stops when not played with - which is great! It is the only toy I haven't had to replace the batteries on. He did a lot of reaching out with this toy and helped to develop his gross motor skills. We also use it in his pack-n-play filled with balls. This adds music to the fun!

I bought this toy 5 months ago when my grandson was born. It's a cute toy but the sound has stopped working already. Changing the batteries made no difference. I expect more of a Fisher Price toy than this. It should provide years of play. This musical ball has been a huge disappointment.

Christmas present for my 5 month old- temporarily he was frustrated bc it wouldn't fit in his mouth. He LOVES it! It makes silly cartoon noises that I don't find annoying at all. My baby love to slap it around and giggle. I've had no problems with the batteries running out either. We always leave it on and it is still running after 3 months of the same batteries.

switch left on and apparently the batteries died. changed out batteries, brand new fresh ones just purchased. The toy still does not work. Will be returning, as this was a christmas gift for my baby.
