These are the ONLY pads I've found that are actually shaped like a breast, meaning they are truly contoured. They come contoured- not flat and you crease them. I have tried many for this pregnancy because for some reason my usual retailer no longer sells them. Until I get to the other side of town where the babies r us is, that is. The flat ones are awkward- the are uncomfortable and always itch because they don't lay right. So glad babies r us still sells these. I'm not here often but the large pack size lasts a while until my next trip. The one downside (lost a star for this) is volume capability, which, after trying others I now know, is much lower. For those who have good supply, this can be bad at night. So, I use the other brand at night and the j&j ones during the day.

These nursing pads are small and you can see the outline through any lightweight top. The brand promotes a nipple indentation, which is supposed to make the pads more comfortable. They really aren't more comfortable and the indentation shows through your shirt, as well. I am using these up at home but have gone back to my old brand for wear outside the house. Also, assuming the visibility issue is not a concern for you, these pads are not individually wrapped, so they are harder to take with you if you want to change them away from home. Finally, there is only one strip of adhesive, so they don't stay in place as well as other brands that have two strips of adhesive. I would not recommend this product.

Cannot see the pads in your bra, smooth, and not crinkly like other brands. Very comfortable, forgot they were there.

Comments about Johnson & Johnson Nursing Pads - 60 Count:

These are my favorite nursing Pads and I've tried most of them. They for the best are extra absorbent and are less expensive than most of the other brands. I love that you don't have to deal with a wrapper with these as well. It's one less thing to have to throw away which is nice. these are by far the best!

I first started breastfeeding my son back in 2014! Ive tried the NUK Nursing pad and others they would literally LEAKED each time! This one however, soak A LOT of my milk up when its getting too full. Cheap and has so many pads! Love love it

They fit nicely, I never leak out of these. They are breathable, and are actually my favorite disposable brand. I have tried the Johnson and Johnson, Lanisoh, and Bamboobies. Your cant see them under clothes which I noticed with the other brands you can if your bra is not padded. They can look " lumpy " no one wants lumpy tatas. These are smooth and shaped in a contour to follow the natural shape of the breast.

These have been the most comfortable and effective pads I've used (and I've tried 3 other major brands). I like them for the perfect contoured shape and soft material on the inside. They are especially good for moms who have to pump at irregular times on the job, absorbent and no leaking. Some say they don't like the small nipple contour but that's one of my favorite parts for sore nipples, that little extra space is nice and if you wear a even a slightly padded bra or want to rub it down a little, you can't see it through clothes. Also, other brands start to smell after only a couple hours, these I could wear longer than a day if need be.

These nursing pads are the best because all you feel is the soft breathable cotton. They never make you itchy and keep you feeling very comfortable and dry. I've quit using anything else.
