I bought this stroller after trying my 13-month old son out in several different ones. He liked this one because he is now old enough to want to sit up and look around, and our other two strollers, although good for what they are, don't allow him to do that. We have a jogging stroller which is a much more smooth ride over bumps, but he has to sit back and it's too heavy to take in and out of the car on errands. We also have a super-lightweight umbrella stroller, but it is hard to hang a diaper bag on, has no cup holder, the baby has to sit back, and it can't recline if he's sleeping. We plan to take this Peg Perego on our next trip for all those reasons and because although it is bulkier than the umbrella stroller, it is not that heavy and the handle pushes down when folded to make it not as tall. It is very easy to turn. I think the reviewer that said they had to pick it up to turn it must have had the front wheels locked or something, because it turns very easily. His sippy cups (Take N' Toss and Nuby) have fit perfectly in the snack tray cup holder and he likes to practice taking them out and putting them in. Also, he loves to close the snack tray himself after getting in the stroller, just make sure when you're letting the baby do it that he doesn't hit himself in the eye because mine almost did. Overall, I'm happy I bought this. If it happens to fall apart like some are reporting, I'll update. So far, so good!

I am not sure how to rate this stroller. It has a lot of pro's but also cons. First, it is very lightweight, easy to pick up and put in the car. The straps are horrible! My two year won't stay in the stroller and these straps do not work well to contain him. Also, the cup holder is awful. If you want to spill your drink every time you go over a rock, then you can use it. It fell off constantly. I finally took it off the stroller to avoid further issues. The fabric did not hold up well in the washing machine, but in the strollers defence, I wash it once a month and as needed. I think it may be to much money for the product you actually get. I think I paid $200 for the name, certainly not a perfect user friendly design. The storage isn't great but is if you compare it to a umbrella stroller. I think the best part of this stroller is it's light weight. I have never had an issue with the mechanics of the stroller. That part has held up nicely!

Comments about Peg-Prego Peg Perego Aria Ultra Lightweight Stroller - Surf:

This stroller is so cheaply made that when you try to steer it in one direction or the other, the handle actually bends (like the plastic is soft and not a rigid enough design). So I feel like 80% of my energy is just absorbed into the handle and we never get going! My husband and I absolutely hated every minute of using this stroller. We were laughing hysterically, and wondered why Peg Perego would even put their name on such a piece of junk. Our daughter weighs all of 22lbs, so it's not that she's too heavy. If you are looking for a lightweight stroller, find something else! This isn't worth $1, much less $100 and up.

Someone gave me this stroller and I was very disapointed. More didn't come with the cup holder which I see this one has one. The basket underneath is too small and doesn't even fit my diaper bag. Plus is is hard ot get to becuase of bars in the way. The baby is safe and it rides easy, but for this price I expected more bells and wistles.

I purchased this stroller for my third child. I had a Maclaren stroller which unfortunately was damaged. I bought this as a replacement and love it. It is lightweight but not flimsy. The snack tray in the front is great for when she leans forward in that she has something to hold onto. It has a sun canopy that has two positions that will almost fully cover her when it is fully extended. The basket underneath is very large and holds quite a bit. My daughter is 18 pounds at 6 months and I have no doubt that she will still have plenty of room as she grows. Not to mention that is is a really smooth ride. After much research, I am so pleased that I picked this stroller. It really is the best.

I LOVE this stroller! It works with the infant seat and without. It's sooo lightweight and I can open it one handed. I love how my daugher has the freedom to move her back off the back of the seat and look around. It's really easy to get her buckled into if you clip the straps to the back, buckle the child and then unclip the straps.

I am not sure why people don't like this stroller. We have had it for a year and think it is great. It is very lightweight and folds small. I like that it has a full sunshade and snack bar that other lightweight strollers do not. Its best feature is the freedom of movement harness. This allows my daughter to lean forward and move around and not feel so confined. I think this has allowed us to continue to use the stroller when otherwise she would be ansy to get out and walk on her own. The only negative I have is the cupholder is pretty chinzy but that is not something I was that concerned about.

It is a great Stroller for the lightweight aspect but I think along with that it feels kind of cheap, like if I turn it to hard it might break. The only other things I don't like are the harness and the basket. The top of the harness has a clip that slides into a loop on the back of the seat to hold it up(hard to explain) when my son leans forward it pops right out if I want him to sit back and try to go to sleep it is impossible to keep him back. And when the seat is reclined it is very hard to get into the basket. Other then those two things it is pretty nice for taking walks and getting it in and out of the car easily.

The stroller LOOKS great, but is functionally terrible. Peg Perego seemed to have focused and succeeded on its looks, light-weight, and great compact and ease of folding. Folding engineering is outstanding, but steering engineering is lacking. The main function as a stroller has been compromised. Very difficult to maneuver. The front wheels do not easily swivel to roll, but are sticky and skid, rather than roll....what's the point of having a great looking, potable light-weight stroller that you can take any where, but is a pain to use?

EVEN THOGH I'M NOT A CAREFUL PERSON, IT'S STILL LIKE A NEW ONE(EXCEPT STAINS THAT WE MADE:)).
IT RECLINES ALMOST 180 DEGREE WHICH IS GREAT WHILE YOUR CHILD IS SLEEPING.
                      I HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.
