We bought this and it was beautiful. Once we got our baby home from the hospital we noticed a few issues. One being that the 2nd drawer hangs and sounds like it is breaking everytime you open a drawer that is half full. And the changing pad was stuck like glue to the top of the dresser. It left little circles of the slip resistant residue from the bottom of the changing pad that is now hardened and won't come off! It also took the finish off in some places and now looks like a piece of junk. Literally half of the dresser is ruined on the top. It is a beautiful set, however I wouldn't suggest buying if you are going to actually use it!! And one of the rails for the crib came without the holes being pre-drilled for the screws like the other side. My husband had to drill them himself.

We purchased the Lifetime Heritage crib and long dresser in white. The dresser looks amazing and was packed really well by the manufacturer. The only reason I took off one star is because I was highly disappointed with the quality of the matching crib. And because of the size and weight of both items, I don't have the energy to return them. We've exchanged the crib once but are going to deal with cracks and separating wood on the crib because of the difficulty of returning the set. Not ideal with such a pricey set.

Very easily scratches while changing diapers. Either the zipper on your pants is in the wrong spot, or the paint just isn't made to last. I'm leaning more towards the second! Within no time the edge of the table was paint free and looked horrible! I am having a hard time finding a color that matches the paint to touch up the scratches! Other than that I think the overall look is nice. The drawers work ok, sometimes they catch and you have to pull the drawer back out and push it in again.

We absolutely love this collection!!!! We bought the crib and the conversion sets for the toddler bed and full size bed, the 4 drawer dresser, and the changing table. We are hoping to order the nightstands soon. The furniture is beautiful and the idea that my baby can have this bedroom set throughout her childhood and beyond makes it even that much more appealing.

We had no problems setting up the furniture. The crib was the only thing we needed to assemble. Our pieces were well protected in their shipping boxes. Each piece was wrapped in plastic and there was plenty of styrofoam for additional protection.

The hardest decision we had to make when we were purchasing this furniture is which finish to get it in (cherry, chestnut, or white). We chose the chestnut and it's beautiful.

We have had nothing but a great experience with our furniture & don't expect to have any in the future.

My husband and I bought this dresser along with the matching crib and tall dresser. It looked wonderful in the store and I couldn't wait to get it home. [...]We love it because it looks so classy and the drawers look to be a decent size so that, hopefully, when we convert the crib our child will get plenty of use out of the dressers. This is a wonderful set and you won't be disappointed!!

We ordered the entire collection. It took forever to get here! Then the second drawer on the dresser doesn't work properly. And one side of the crib had to be reordered because there weren't any holes for the screws to go, like there was on the other side. Also, the finish wears off on everything! I had a painted picture fall off behind the crib and the finish came off of the crib onto the painting. The worst thing about this furniture is that the changing mat adhered to the dresser ruining it when it was pulled off. Beautiful furniture! Horrible Quality! Would not buy again!!!!

This dresser looks awesome in our daughter's room. It's the perfect height for the changing table and we can have all her wipes, etc. on the top, too, without feeling too cramped. [...] I don't necessarily like the door storage area as I feel that area is a little difficult to utilize; in fact, it's storing odds and ends for now, which seems kind of a waste of space to me.

My Wife and I bought this item because it looked solid and thought it was good quality. [...] our special order armoire and the shelf on the inside was broke, the top had a 12 inch crack, the peg holes for the shelf were drilled to deep and were noticeable from the outside, and the mount for the pole to hang clothes from was also broke. I am now waiting to see how this will be handled...

This changing table/dresser is sturdy, but the finish is cheap and wears off easily. Especially on the gront edge where you stand to change the baby. It does not come with a touch up pen or information to help you match the finish. One annoying flaw is the top drawer. The overhanging surface only allows the fully opened drawer to reveal the front half of it's contents. This is not heirloom quality. If I could do it over, I would purchase a product that my son could use for many years. I'm sure we will have to replace this.

This piece of furniture is stunning, and is sure to last a lifetime. It is solid hardwood, and the finish is gorgeous. The drawers provide a good amount of storage space, and the height is good for a changing table. The only downfall is that this is a very heavy piece of furniture, and it comes completely assembled, so it was very difficult for two rather strong men to get it up the stairs of our house.
