I have used this product for my two super sensitive babies skin and I plan on using it on our next baby due in a couple of months. My daughter was sensitive to everything so this was the only product we could find that she wouldn't break out from. So with our son we didn't even try the others. And we will continue using it with the next! And it is skin colored so if you have to use it on dry patches of skin it blends so it doesn't look like your kids are covered in white spots.

Has worked fabulously on both my girls. My oldest had diaper rash ALL the time and very sensitive skin, this was the only product that worked w/o stinging or at all for that matter. As she got older she would ask for it! I have only needed it a few times for my youngest, but always works! Highly recommended, but keep in mind, different products and ingredient amounts work best for different skin types, luckily it only took me a couple of uses of other products before I found this one. Sample sizes will help you find a "paste" that works best for your baby!

I received all the popular diaper rash creams at my baby shower including boudreaux's butt paste. I kept them all because I wanted to have a variety to try for my 1st born. My friends had told me all about this cream. So at 1month my son got his 1st rash. It just appeared overnight out of no where! It was a dime size, very red spot... it looked painful, but he some how he was not in pain. I applied some butt paste on asap and waited over night. The next morning, it didn't look too different, but it was a pretty bad rash... so I tried again the 2nd day... by the 3rd day the rash was GONE!! Yay for Andrew!... Happy mommy! I've given away all those other creams now. p.s. a little goes a long way!!

My friends had all raved about Butt Paste, so when my baby got a diaper rash I automatically grabbed it. Unfortunately, it didn't work for us. I used it for a week and the diaper rash got worse. When I used the other product, the rash went away in just a few days.

I never bought this until my son was 15months old, and had the worst diaper rash I'd ever seen, he wouldn't even let me touch it to put stuff on it.
We bought this and man overnight it made such a difference!! I'm telling eveyone how much this stuff is great!!!
Since it's so expensive I plan on only using it when he has a diaper rash and not as protection from getting one. But it's the best thing out there by far!!!!!!!!!

We have used this product since bringing baby home from the hospital. Baby has only had two very small cases of diaper rash (when only Vaseline was used in the hospital and once when he outgrew his diapers super fast). This product cleared up both cases and offers good protection. Even the small tubes last a long time.

A friend gave this to me 2 1/2 years ago for my baby shower for my daughter, and I haven't used anything else since! Worked great for my daughter, and works great for my 2-month-old son. I highly recommend this.

Added bonus: it works great on new tattoos.

My daughter is 10-months-old and anytime she gets a diaper rash, I use Butt Paste. Her rash always clears up completely within 12 hours. Also, her pediatrician recommended using it under her neck when she was a newborn to decrease rashes from moisture.

This product was horrible for my baby! My baby had a minor rash and this product seemed to irritate the rash even more! It did nothing to clear up the rash. My 10-month-old had red patches all over the bum. This did nothing to treat the rash. I used it for a week and when the rash did not clear up, I had to get a presciption cream. I switched to the Aveeno diaper cream and have not had any problems since.
