I never bought this until my son was 15months old, and had the worst diaper rash I'd ever seen, he wouldn't even let me touch it to put stuff on it.
We bought this and man overnight it made such a difference!! I'm telling eveyone how much this stuff is great!!!
Since it's so expensive I plan on only using it when he has a diaper rash and not as protection from getting one. But it's the best thing out there by far!!!!!!!!!

We have used this product since bringing baby home from the hospital. Baby has only had two very small cases of diaper rash (when only Vaseline was used in the hospital and once when he outgrew his diapers super fast). This product cleared up both cases and offers good protection. Even the small tubes last a long time.

A friend gave this to me 2 1/2 years ago for my baby shower for my daughter, and I haven't used anything else since! Worked great for my daughter, and works great for my 2-month-old son. I highly recommend this.

Added bonus: it works great on new tattoos.

My daughter is 10-months-old and anytime she gets a diaper rash, I use Butt Paste. Her rash always clears up completely within 12 hours. Also, her pediatrician recommended using it under her neck when she was a newborn to decrease rashes from moisture.

This product was horrible for my baby! My baby had a minor rash and this product seemed to irritate the rash even more! It did nothing to clear up the rash. My 10-month-old had red patches all over the bum. This did nothing to treat the rash. I used it for a week and when the rash did not clear up, I had to get a presciption cream. I switched to the Aveeno diaper cream and have not had any problems since.

I loved this product when my son was in diapers. We were having diaper rash almost every day when we switched him over to milk and this was the only thing to really work. the others did ok but not like this

This would be okay for preventative, but not for treating. When you look for a rash cream, it is the ZINC OXIDE that clears up the rash. Most of the creams/pastes have between 7 and 13% Zinc oxide. The ORIGINAL DESITIN (purple label) (not creamy/blue label) has 40%. If your baby has a little reddness, that will clear it up within hours. I used Butt Paste for a few days and it didn't completely clear up a minor rash.

I have used every product on the market for little bottoms. Some worked, Some didn't. It just depends on the baby's skin. So to all mothers, FIND WHAT WORKS FOR YOU AND YOUR LITTLE BUNDLE OF JOY!!! Because it's not about the price of the product or the name its just what works!!! So to the moms that are all about name band your full of yourselves by saying its not good enough. ITS BUTT CREAM USE WHAT WORKS. And I like this product and will use it again for my new baby. I just hope his skin like the cream!!!

My son developed a daiper rash when he was only about a week old due to pooping after every eating. I tried Aveeno diaper rash cream, A&D, Corn Starch and just plain vasaline. Butt Paste started clearing it up after only a few applications!
