Works just as you would expect a bottle brush to. I never had any issues with the brush fitting into any of the bottles I've used. And the nipple brush fits and cleans the nipples well enough. So long as you don't have any gunk hanging around in your baby bottles I don't see it being difficult to get your bottles clean with these. I love that they are fully bristled brushes and not the sponges. The only issue I noticed was with the nipple brush, sometimes the wire in the nipple part would rust if it was left out to air dry from the big brush. Of course this didn't happen over night, but within a couple of months. I like to replace them every couple of months anyway because, like any other bristled dish brush, the bristles will eventually flatted out or clump from the hot water.
As to the nipple brush not being able to fit into small spaces: it fits the nipples, which it was designed for. For small, narrow pieces that need to be cleaned (I.e. straws, the Dr. Brown's anything) of course it won't fit. A q-tip barely fits those.

I have used this product dialy for the last six months. I clean numerous baby bottles a day for my twins. The product does its job well and has nice bright colors.

easy to use and I like that it has a suction on the bottom so I can attach it to the counter. Only bad thing that I see is that the brissels on the tip are starting to bend upward. But the suction makes it worth buying.

After trying many bottle brushes on the Dr. Brown Wide Neck bottle this one wins! It is sturdy, gets the bottles clean, and stands on its own.

This brush works perfect with wide bottles (I use gerber nuk bottles)I have had mine for going on two years now, easy to keep clean and use.

I've used a few other bottle brushes and they just wouldnt get the job done as easily as this one. I will be buying a new one when I have my next child.

I never ended up using the brushes because the bristles are too hard and aren't even flexible enough to fit inside the bottles I have! I ended up buying the Avent bottle brush that has super flexible bristles.

we don't have a dishwasher and I have to wash bottles every night. The scrubber makes it super speedy and I trust it's really cleaning. I love that I can just suction it to the sink corner to store it out of the way. I also love the nipple brush. Super handy.

The bristles are very hard and extremely difficult to push into the bottle to clean.

We use glass and plastic Dr Browns bottles.

You have to bend and practically break the brush to get it to clean the outer parts of the bottom of the bottle.

The nipple brush was good until the suction cup fell off of it and couldn't be fixed. When it's off of the suction cup it is not long enough to clean inside the straw part of the Dr Browns bottles.

This brush is not good on bottles. The brush is too fat to easily fit into the medela bottles. It takes a bit of effort, but once you get it in, your next challenge is getting it back out.

I find that it works better with wide bottles like AVENT. Though, I get splattered everytime I bring the brush out. I have to fill my sink to use this brush, so I find that I am wasting water. In the alternative, I just bought another brush.

The best use for this brush is cups, like my travel mug. The bristles are hard so they will scratch your polypropylene bottles.

So it gets two stars since I found an alternative use. This didni't turn out to be a complete waste.
