Should have been made out of metal. Don't feel like the plastic will last long. for the price it should have been better quality.

My daughter is three years old and she love it, everytime she got the chance she would be outside playing with her friends. the teeter twirl is very sturdy, good size for her age and i love the fact that the sits are plastic, so after a bad weather you can just wipe it down 'n you are all set. Love it!
Now the bad part was putting it together, it came with no manuals, it was missing lot of bolts, and the ones it came with they were not the right size, so my husband was not very happy about that.

My mother in law bought this for my kids. It was a bit confusing to put together, but it didn't take long. The kids loved it when we took it outside, however the seats started to move and the bolts came out, also the plastic on the seats were crushing just from a couple hours of play...would not buy again

I put this together myself while my toddler napped. The directions are written weird, but the pictures are clear enough. It does take strength to get it into the base (someone said it took butt power..I can tell you don't even bother). I used a hammer and it worked great:)It was together in 45min and ready to use. It did seem stiff but once outside it spun around pretty fast. My toddler was not sure if she liked that feature yet so I stopped. she is two, and I can see her enjoying this for several years with her friends. I filled the base with water but the jury is out on that. I did see some leaking out. If the water doesnt work, I will fill it with sand. Great addition to outdoor or indoor play area. Great physical excersice for children to let all their wiggles out:)Two thumbs up in CT!! It is also inexpensive for lots of smiles!! Yes, yes, yes, buy this toy your child will not be disappointed! all screws lined up you just need to take your time and be patient.

This became a popular item when we assembled it in the yard. It is in constant motion, from ages 3 to 8 years currently. Love the foam sleeve safety feature on the bars.

Well I was on here looking up the info on this product for a friend and I needed to comment. I have had this for about 6 years. It is still the hit of my backyard. My children from 2years to 11 years all use it.

I would only buy this if it was on sale for $20.00. First one I bought didn't have all the parts, so I exchanged it for another. The new one looked as though someone had tried to put it together and they returned it. Half the screws don't fit in the holes, the washer for the main pole is so tight it won't spin. This teeter twirl will be back at the store in half an hour.

poor instructions, difficult to assemble. took 2 people to put stand into base and it was still hard.

The kids love it, however when we were putting it together one of the seats did not have wholes so my husband had to make them. Needless to say he was not happy. We felt it was thrown into a box and not examined. We had to do a lot more than we should have as far as putting it together goes!
