The Step2 Neat and Tidy Cottage has integral drain holes to help keep your kids and your home clean. It also has an open design for clear views, so you can keep your eye on your kids.

The excitement that the Step2 Neat & Tidy Cottage is endless! It has an interactive telephone and a mailbox slot. Plus, it has working doors and windows! Now your kids can feel all grownup in their own house! The Neat and Tidy Cottage also has wood and stone architectural detailing, to give it a realistic feel.

Great toy at a great price

My granddaughter fell in love with a neighbor's playhouse. Good idea for a 2nd birthday gift, right? I was thrilled when we heard that Step2 had a generous sized, affordable playhouse.

Her face lit up when she saw it; and she went inside it to make a 'phone call', one of many good features in this toy. Love the floor so there's no mud. The doorbell is a cute feature which is also getting a lot of use! The built-in table and seats make for an easy-to-move playhouse that's ready to enjoy. Her favorite thing to do right now is opening and closing those shutters! Great peek-a-boo moments! This playhouse is particularly good for the younger children. You'll like it!

I absolutely looove this playhouse and so does my daughter. She loves going in and out of the door, standing at the table inside on it and "talking" on the phone. My husband and I purchased this for her 1st birthday. Very easy assembly. I highly recommend!

Our daughter is 17 months old and she loves this house! The Dutch door and open window concept allows us to always see what she is doing plus allows her to interact with us while she is inside her house. Out of all the houses available (price was also a consideration), we are very happy with this purchase.

My 2 yr old got this for her 2nd bday and she loves it. It is the perfect size for her and she has room to grow. I like that it has a floor in the bottom so I don't have to move it to mow. Very happy with it so far.

My baby loved little houses and tents and this one was perfect for her. She loves the doorbell and the phone and I love the little table and seats. She also loves opening up the door and windows! It was very easy to put together and is made of good quality! Another big thing I really like about this one is the floor in the house so we don't have to worry about mud or rocks!

Christmas present for my 14 month old, no other toys matter anymore! She love sitting it with her bigger stuffed animals and drinking imaginary cocoa. We bought it for an inside toy but it would definitely hold up outside just as well. By far money well spent on helping her develop and use her imagination !

My grandson was very happy on Christmas to get his first neat and tidy brand playhouse. It was easy to put together. Made of durable molded plastic panels.
He loves the swing door, mail slot and door bell.

I think he and his friends will get many years use out of the product and I am sure it will last

This cottage is very cute and my 3 year old son loves it. I was neglectful and didn't read fully about the size. However, I was surprised at how small and short it is!! I'm disappointed that my son will likely be too tall to walk in it within 6 months to a year! Even if he were younger/shorter, I would have liked a product that would grow with him past the age of 4.

I ordered this playhouse online and planned to pick it up at the nearest store to avoid shipping costs that were nearly as much as the playhouse itself. After I received the confirmation email saying my order was ready for pick-up, I went to the appropriate store, only to find out that they did NOT have this item in stock. And to top it off, another customer had been in earlier the same week with the same problem about the same item! We were all sad not to be able to get this item as a gift Christmas for my niece.
