It was easy to put together. And looks nice Nothing wrong or loose at all and all the parts where there. I have had a issues in the past with different brands of cribs and so far this one is on my list to tell others to buy.

I am still with child but just by reading the other complaints i had to say something. I love my crib! Life isnt perfect, and neither are we. If you want a BUMPER don't buy this crib, poor slat spacing is awesome. That means no head injuries. A bed skirt is for decorations only. The bed being low to ground is a good idea! (for toddlers) People if you dont like something take it back. Its your money. If you want it perfect and right then spend the adequate amount of money and go to the [...]. Carters job well done

we bought Jardine Enterprises crib but that crib has a recall so we changed for this one and we are so happy, i love the design and my daughter is comformable

I purchased this crib for my daughter almost a year ago when it first came out. It is a beautiful crib! My daughter is two now and we have had no problems with the crib so far. I also purchased the dresser and am very happy with both.
For everyone complaining about not being able to put a bumper on....HELLO! That is pretty obvious from just looking at it that it won't tie to the back.

I am not due until Dec but we just finished putting this crib together and my husband and I were both amazed at how easy it was! The crib is very sturdy and there were no blemishes on any of the panels.

The only draw back to the crib that I have seen is that since the back is solid, you cannot tie a bumper to it. That's not too big of an issue though because I've been told you should not have the bumper in the crib with a newborn anyway due to SIDS...

Overall, I love this crib!

This is a great crib. It is very sturdy (Iwent and shook alot of cribs) and it is beautiful. It is actually white unlike others that say white but have that off white hue. My hubby and i got it together in no time flat and he really liked it too. All sides stationary was a big seller for me becasue the plastic on the drop sides seem to be very flimsy. I would recomend this crib to anyone. And if you have read the other reviews the warning lable is not that noticable. and the carters logo on the front just adds to the class. I just faced the warning lable out so it wasn't inside the crib and i love it!!!! sorry now im rambling.

This is a sturdy, safe crib, which is why we purchased it in the first place. Yes, the back board doesn't allow for attatchment of a cloth bumper, so we purchased the breathable bumper, and that works just fine! (plus, it's safer). After spending just as much money on a previous crib that had the side railing go up and down-we were adamant on getting a truly sturdy crib! I read the previous reviews about a paint issue, we've not encountered any problems here.

I loved the clean lines of the crib which is why I chose it. However after getting it put together we discovered that not only does the bumper not have a place to be tied to the back, but my mobile didn't fit either. I would have thought that a trusted baby company like Carter's would have taken these things into consideration. I was so frustrated with the fact that my bedding didn't fit that I actually broke down into tears.

The crib also comes with the rails, instructions, and screws to convert the crib into a toddler bed, and instructions for conversion into a full size headboard and footboard. These seem as straight forward as the crib assembly.The color is a touch off white, but that is what I wanted. The crib bedding fits in it well, and I plan to tie the bumper to the three ides with vertical slats, and run the bumper along the outside of the back of the crib because there is no way to tie it onto the back. Some people have suggested velcro, but I would not want to chance the baby pulling the off.
