I had the bike assembled at the store, so I cannot speak to the difficulty level of putting it together. My daughter received this for her 5th birthday and LOVES it, and was very excited to have a little bike for her barbie to ride as well. As far as looks go, I love this bike, too. I think it is adorable and very pretty, and by far the cutest barbie bike available right now. My husband put it together and had to fiddle with the caliper brake for quite a while to get it positioned right (he commented that the bike was "junk" as he was assembling it; not that it was hard to do, just that the bike is definitely not top quality). I noticed that the streamers were cut very skinny compared to most I've seen, making them more flimsy. I was also disappointed that the stores no longer carry any that come with a water bottle. I think the website should update their pictures so people know it is no longer included. There is no kickstand for when the training wheels come off, and the training wheels are not nearly as heavy-duty as the ones that came with my other daughter's Schwinn. (But so far, they seem to be holding up fine.) Other than those few things, I think it's a great little bike that makes my daughter perfectly happy and I think it will last until she outgrows it and beyond, so I am overall very happy with this purchase.

We got this bike for my 4 year old's birthday. She loves it. She rides all over the neighborhood with her favorite barbie along for the ride. She was so exited about this bike and the bike lived up to her expectations.

My daughter is 5 and we just bought this for her, she loves it. We put it togethre and it was easy, It's a very cute bike. The downfall tho, the front tire came slightly defected and we will probably have to exchange that part, but she is riding it great!

very durable bicycle. Purchased it already put together.. it was worth the $10... crazy if you think you can put this together the correct way... pay the extra $10 !!! Great started bicycle.. Got this for my daughters 4th birthday and she loves riding it !

Nanny and Grandpa bought this for our 3 year old for Christmas and we all love it! It was on promo at the time and came with the helmet, arm/knee pads, AND a free Barbie doll! It rides great even though it is big enough for her to grow into. She loves the colors and accessories- it's BARBIE! The only con... the training wheels. One of them was a little warped out of the box. Other than that, this bike is great for a little or bigger girl.
