I was skeptical at first but have tried these several times and they really work! The first time I tried I was certian they did not work becasue I had a few glasses of wine and they did not change colors. However the next time I tried after having more than the first time I knew they worked becasue it changed colors! I wasn't sure if I should feed hte baby so I pumped and sure enough they changed colors so I was glad I didn't. Then about 3 hours later when I still was not certian I pumped again and that milk was fine so we just saved it. These are very nice to have on hand when your just not sure!

This is a fantastic product! I enjoy my wine and have a big group of friends where we do lots of social gatherings. I want the best for my daughter but also like to have a drink too. These strips are great! It took the guesswork out of it for me. My lactation nurse told me have a drink wait 2 hrs and breastfeed, but I had several drinks waited over 6 hours thought I should be okay but tested and the strip told me it wasn't safe. So glad I have these on hand.

I also use my own judgement, if I feel buzzed I don't feed the baby no matter what the strips say, but so far they've been accurate! Love love love it!

This is a wonderful product. It is a must if you want to still breastfeed and have the occasional glass of wine. I got both a positive and negative, result at 2 different times, so I believe it works.

These test strips are great for if you want to go out to dinner and have a drink or two. You can come home and test your milk before you feed your baby to see if the alcohol metabolized yet. You will be surprised, my lactation consultant told me you can safely have 1 drink an hour, but everyone is different and that alcohol may stay in your system longer than others. I like knowing wether or not i should give my little one stored milk or if i can feed her after I've had an alcoholic beverage. Good luck finding the time to even go out for dinner and a drink!..These are great if you do!!..plus they work in two minutes, no waiting around for results

I attended my sister's birthday party and decided to have a few drinks. When it came time to feed my baby in the morning, I used the test strips & it detected that alcohol was still in my breast milk. To ensure it's accuracy, I tested a bottle of breast milk from the day before and that displayed as negative.

I highly reccommend this product! It provides peace of mind and takes away the guessing game.

Great product and very reliable for those days where you want to let lose and not have to worry about how it will affect your baby's breast milk. This allows you to still have a life while you are breast feeding. Now if only they had caffeine strips!

This product is great, I didnt realize how quickly a few beers would get into my milk. It really took the guesswork out of it. I was dumping way too much milk. Get the 20pack because its fun to experiment, I went thru 5 the first day. The sample card that was included was totally useless, but I would highly recommend it to anyone who likes to get a buzz once in a while. :}

I had a bloody mary and a few glasses of wine, but I was also eating a lot of food, and didn't feel buzzed. This was over 6 hours of time too so I was unsure. I came home, and of course was feeling guilty about not breastfeeding so I decided to take the test to see for sure. And it told me I shouldn't breastfeed! Now I don't feel guilty about not breastfeeding because I know it's not safe. Great item!

I'm still breastfeeding my daugther who is now 8 months. I wanted this product so I can drink on my best friend wedding. I took like a couple of shots and in an hour I test my milk and it said i had no aclohol. I was drunk when i was testing my milk. So thats why i don't think this really works.
