I was disappointed when I removed the frame from the packaging, it fell apart. Thankfully the store allowed me to exchange for another one and I had no problems with the new one.

I was frustrated with the size of the photos, I could not find any place that printed this size photo. Eventually, I found a local camera store that will print 6-2x2 photos (must be all the same photo) and those fit into the opening. I now have enough "spare" photos to use for Grandparent's version of this same frame.

Bottom line - I would definitely purchase for a friend, and would pass on the same information (regarding where to get this size photo).

Rec'd as a gift. I love the idea of capturing my daughter's changes. However, my sheet of cute little sayings had typos on it. The "first smiles" was "firstsmiles" on all 3 colors so I can't use that one. Also, the frame packaging says "my first 12 months" but on the inside the pieces say "my first 12 years". I'd like to capture her first 12 MONTHS in the frame, not 12 YEARS!
