The weight limit on this thing is 100 pounds...didn't take long for several family members to have a seat and break the lid and hinge. The weight limit is not listed anywhere on the website either. Should make it stronger if they're going to advertise it as a comfy seat.

I bought this toy box to put at the end of my daughters bed since she was moving into a full size bed. She is 2 yrs old and very short. It worked out perfectly for her to use it as a toy box and a bench to climb into her bed. The box closes very slowly and I've never had a problem with the smashing her fingers in it. She loves it very much. I will buy one for my second child also!!

This toybox is beautiful. It is as soft as can be and comes fully assembled. Soft hinges protect little fingers and the lavender color is wonderful. I bought this for my 13 month old daughter and feel that because it is not childish looking that it is something that she will be able to use as she grows into a little girl and a teenager. I am extremely happy with this purchase.

This toy box is very pretty and seems to be built good. It is also a good price. I was impressed by the fact that the box was stamped "Made in the U.S.A.". Overall, it looks perfect in Claire's nursery and we are very happy with this purchase!

This toy box is great. It is large enough for what I need it to do...store toys. Also it makes a great bench for seating in my child's room. The top is padded and soft. The hinges are nice and strong and keep the top propped opened so my child doesn't have to keep opening it. NO PINCHED FINGERS.

We are pleased overall with this product. It looks nice. The colors are exactly as shown on the web. Hovewer, we do have a couple of complaints...it has an odd odor to it that we are trying to air out.Also, it came a bit dirty. I'm thinking it might be a bit difficult to clean this soft/fluffy surface. Otherwize, we think it's a nice and sturdy toy box that our little girl will love once she gets older and bigger.

I bought this for our daughter when she was around 15 months old. It holds a lot more toys than I ever thought it could, and isn't too big to get in the way. I was worried that the white would get dingy looking over time, being handled and touched by kids, but she's almost 3 now and it looks as good as the day I bought it. She loves it and I just purchased a green one for her now 1 yr. old little brother. I thought the price was a bit steep for a toy box, but after price comparing, the cheaper ones on the market are way smaller and for the size it is way cheaper that some of the wood one's and sport's emblem one's on the market. Another nice thing is that just by being a standard color, it will grow with her for years to come. It's not like buying, say, a "Dora" box or Seasame Street box, and in a year they don't care for that stuff anymore, or it doesn't fit their room theme, this should be good for years to come.

We have had this toy box for 6 months and it is so much nicer than the big plastic box we got for our older daughter. It has plenty of room for toys. The hinged lid is awesome, it lowers slowly so the baby can't get hurt. [...] Also, comes completly assembled!!!

This toy box is great! We love it. It is safe for our 9 month old to play around because of the safety features and the plush covering, and it looks adorable in her room. It has lots of storage space even for larger toys and it makes a great seat next to the crib. It is also very sturdy and well built. I definitely recommend this over other toy boxes.
