I purchased this toy box for my daughter when she was about a year old. She is now 5 years old and the toy box is in great condition. It still looks new! It's a nice addition to her room and I believe she will continue to use it for several more years.

This was exactly what we were looking for! It has enough space for our daughters toys. It also has a seat for her to sit on & it has to be pushed on to close. NO smashed little fingers!

We bought this toy box as a gift for our granddaughter. So far, we are pleased with the purchase and expect it to last her a long time. The colors are pretty, and the box seems to be well built. The lid doesn't close automatically, thus protecting her little fingers, and she can use the padded lid as a bench when closed.

my 1 yr old daughter loves to open and close the top and even get in and out of the toy box and i don't have to worry because of the saftey features. i wish it was a little bigger but it's true to the dimensions listed. the inside is also not covered but there isn't one out there that has that, the saftey hinges, the cut outs and is bigger.

I am very happy with my purchase! I love the pattern of the pink,green, and brown dots. It gives it a lot of color but doesn't look babyish. We put it in our living room and it looks great. The picture is accurate. The top is padded and is soft all over. It makes a great seat. The hinges are perfect! My 16month old can open and close the top without any problems and I am not worried about her hurting herself. I think it is a perfect size. I can fit a lot of toys in there and I still have room left over. I was elated to find out her popper fit. My only negative comment is that the inside is made of particle board therefore it has a strong wood smell and has dust in the bottom. Not good if you want to put your baby's toys in there. I was very annoyed by this, so I bought some white contact paper (drawer liner) and stuck it to all the surfaces inside. I am happy to say that helped to reduce the stinky wood smell a ton! There is still a little bit of a smell but it is not too bad now. I am hoping it will go away completely after a while.I also don't have to worry about any wood dust forming on the bottom and getting on her toys now. You know baby's put everything in their mouth and I didn't want her eating wood dust! If they could finish the inside, I would have given it a 5 star rating. I have gotten compliments from everyone who has seen it. It is so much cuter and safer than other toy boxes I have seen. [...]

There is padding everywhere, even the legs! Notches in the body prevent little fingers from getting squished and the top doesn't slam down. Wonderful!
