I don't have any complaints about this product but ultimately returned it. The navy on this toy box looks deeper online than it does in person. I did like how soft it was, and the lid stayed up when opened and didn't slam down. I wish the inside was finished differently though. I don't know the name of the material but I would have expected the inside to be smoother (like the other two you boxes in my house). I am purchasing another in a different color.

very pleased--my little boy loves to sit on it like a bench--it's very plush and cushy. i was worried about the white top getting dirty but it comes clean with a wet rag and some carpet cleaner. would definitely recommend this item!!

We got this toy box for our 21-month-old daughter and her impending sibling to replace a small box we had in the corner for all her toys. [...] Next, the toy box comes already pre-made, so all you have to do is take it out of the box and put it wherever you want. The entire box is plush (I thought it'd be just the white part, but the colored part is soft suede), and the best part is the lid: the hinges hold the lid open at whatever angle you set it at until you physically close it yourself. Such a great safety feature for toddlers! We were amazed at how much fit in the box as well, plus the added bonus that our daughter can use it as an extra place to sit. Actually, we can sit on it too - it can hold a lot of weight! The only drawback we've found is that it's a little heavy to move on your own (or maybe it's just because I'm 7 months pregnant), so I had to wait for my husband to get home in order to move it where we wanted it. All in all, very pleased with this purchase.

It is well constructed. No assembly. I like that the cover doesn't shut on its own. The only thing I don't like is the top is a light color so I'm worried it will get stained. Great product! Worth the money!
