This was bought as a Christmas present last year and NEVER worked....have tried putting in different batteries numerous times....this was one of the top things on my son's christma list.

My 3 yr old loved this toy at first, but got frustrated because it would only work part of the time, even with new batteries. I found if I switched the toy off then back on, it would start working again. This got old fast! Would not recommend this toy.

I brought this car last Christmas for my 3 & 5 year old. The batteries die very quickly, it's suppose to flip over when it hits a wall;but doesn't & the remote works in reverse most of the time.

Bought car for my two year old's birthday as he loves cars and toys that move on their own. The car is faster than I anticipated and is very easy to use with big buttons that are used for forward and reverse. Please ignore the comments about the product not working. There are 2 reasons for this. As one person mentioned, there are 2 battery compartments on the car itself, so make sure you populate both with batteries. Secondly, the cloth strips used to pry the battery tops away from the car may interfere with the battery contacts (I had this issue). The car works perfectly.

My son got this yesterday for his Birthday. He loves it. It's easy to use. He's only turned 4,and the bigger ones have to many switches that get him so annoyed. It also turns itself off to save the battery. He is also a bull! He gives his toys a beating. This toy is still going after 3 hrs of being tossed around the house like crazy by 3 crazy boys last night, and all this morning! this was a good buy.

my boys 3yr and 4yrs old got these for christmas last year, and they love them, but the only problem is, if you buy two it's not so great, my boys went from being happy to being frustrated, because both cars could be controled by both of their remote controls, the reason why i bought two is because i wanted them to play together and is too bad because they really love it, but it's imposible for them to play together, so i only let them play when they either one of them is in school. i guess they didn't really think that two brothers could play together with these cars when they were making them. i hope this helps

My 4 and 2 year old LOVE this car! It works great. We got this for the 4 year old's birthday put the batteries in it and away he went! We have had the same batteries in it for almost 6 months and have had no problems! The kids play with this inside and outside and have even thrown it across the driveway and it is still working great! So glad that I got this for them!
