I use these pads with out removing the sticker backing. They stay in place very well even with out using the stick'em. These pads have a gel absorbent like baby diapers do to catch leaks, so I have never had an over flow. I can use these for a very long time without having to change to new ones, and I feel dry.

These pads are folded in half, but are easy to unfold and form to your breast after wearing them for little while. The Lansinoh and Avent nursing pads are folded in half too but are also sealed together so you have to try to pinch the outsides of the pad with your fingers or nails and peel them apart. For me this was difficult and irritating, especially when I was trying to get one quickly because my milk had let down and I was trying not to soak my clothes or the baby.

I tried the Johnson's nursing pads that are round and you don't have to unfold or unwrap them, but they are so tiny that they kept slipping out of position for me. (36 B wearing a 36 C in most cases) The stickers on the back may help others but for myself they just get stuck to other things and defeat the purpose.

Medela nursing pads have been the best hands down for me. The only thing I did not like was the wrapper. It has so much static cling that it is hard to discard the wrapper and the yellow arrows showing you which way to pull the wrapper open are very hard to see, especially in low light. I hope they will at least change the color of the ink on the wrapper so they are a little easier to figure out where to tear open for clean tear.

They are the best available I have found so far, I've even tried the reusable pads... I definitely would recommend these by Medela!

These nursing pads do what they are meant to but I've found them to be irritating to already sore tissue and NOT very discreet under clothing. They are individually packaged----which I think is a nice idea, just poorly executed. Since they're packaged to be small and easily portable they're folded in half, which means when they're unfolded for use they retain a rather large crease down the middle. I've found this crease to easily bunch up while in the process of moving clothing to nurse resulting in increased time and exposure to re-arrange. I do keep some in my diaper bag as a back-up, but these are not my first choice of pads.
They are not the worst but definitely not the best.

Comments about Medela Disposable Nursing Pads - 120 Count:

The breast pads are made well with lots of stitch patterns so that the material stays close to the absorbent pad. I move around a lot being active and the outer material stays well and keeps any moisture away from my nipples. Only thing to improve on is sometimes when I'm really sweaty the stick tabs don't stay in place but easily adjustable and very rarely does this happen.

I use after every feeding or pumping. Holds all milk leaked to prevent from getting my shirt or even bra wet!!
Only draw back is not as soft as some of the smaller boxed of disposable nursing pads I tried. I used an ultra soft nursing pad the 1st week when nipples were very sore but have been using these nursing pads now for weeks!!

The product is reusable and keeps me very dry. I bought the 120 count but have found that I can reuse the same pads longer than I expected. I don't remove the sticker but just slide them in my nursing bra and they stay put. The are also very soft and have a lot of cushion.

Comments about Medela Disposable Nursing Pads - 120 Count:

I've been nursing for over 3 months, so I wear these everyday. I really like the absorbency and how they have adhesives on both sides, which are very sticky and stay put all day. I get the big box and they last me quite awhile. What I don't like is that they sometime show through my bras and look like a wrinkled square pad if I wear a thin shirt. Overall, I like these over non disposable pads and ones with only adhesive on one side only.

Comments about Medela Disposable Nursing Pads - 120 Count:

I have an oversupply so I leak a lot. I am happy to find these after trying most of the other popular brands. These are super absorbent and they hold up for even 12 hours without leaks. The other pads that I tried were either itchy or left me with a wet feeling. Each medela pad is individually wrapped which is very hygienic and makes it easier to carry in my bag. I did not give it a 5 star just because it may not be invisible from under the bra and might feel bulky on fitted tops. I don't care about it as much bcos my bra's are thick enough to appear smooth when I wear fitted t shirts. I would definitely recommend this product.

Love all medela breastfeeding products especially the disposable nursing pads. They help keep me dry when baby sleeps through the night and are extremely comfy and non-bulky. I have tried washable nursing pads in the past as well as other type of nursing pads and these are by far my favorite.

These are amazing for catching leaks always, but especially when you have longer breaks between feeding/pumping and especially overnight! They are a little bulky so they are visible in tight-fighting shirts, but otherwise are a must have for any breastfeeding mom!
