When I first needed to use nursing pads, I initially tried these nursing pads and was very satisfied. They didn't leak and stayed in place because of the two sticky tabs on the top and bottom of the pad (they are square in shape). When the box was finished, I thought maybe I'd try another brand just to compare. Also, my only complaint was that because the pads are folded in half, it leaves a crease right through the middle of the pad which can be seen slightly through the bra. So I tried another brand that was circular in shape. Although I preferred this shape better, it only had one sticky tab and it didn't stay in place in the bra at all! It also had the crease in the middle too! So it was a no brainier to switch back to Medella nursing pads; they're thick but not bulky, stay in place, and once your bra and clothing are on, you can't even tell you have them on! One last comment: I put the pads on first thing in the morning and very often don't need to change them until the end of the night or the next morning!!

These nursing pads do what they are meant to but I've found them to be irritating to already sore tissue and NOT very discreet under clothing. They are individually packaged----which I think is a nice idea, just poorly executed. Since they're packaged to be small and easily portable they're folded in half, which means when they're unfolded for use they retain a rather large crease down the middle. I've found this crease to easily bunch up while in the process of moving clothing to nurse resulting in increased time and exposure to re-arrange. I do keep some in my diaper bag as a back-up, but these are not my first choice of pads.
They are not the worst but definitely not the best.

Love these. I need to wear them constantly to avoid leaking through shirts. They seem more absorbent than other brands. However the square shape makes them a little more noticeable than circular ones I have used before.

I use the pads day & night. Very absorbent for leakage. I love that they stick to the inside of my bra or if I decide to go without a bra, I stick them to the inside of my nursing tank top!

These pads are wonderful! I wear a set all day and by the end of the day, I'm so surprised how much milk was absorbed. They don't have noisy plastic like other pads, but I do like to wear a bra with some padding/lining so I don't Look lumpy. They have adhesive on them so they stick to your shirt, but I just pull it out while I'm nursing bc it's easier for me.

These nursing pads are really great. I tried other brands and they were either itchy or had fibers that stuck to me if i put tgem on right after nursing. They really do absorb a lot and they have sticky spots ob the back so you can stick tgem to your bra or nursing tank and they wont move around or fall out during the day or night.

These are the best nursing pads I've found. I've tried a couple other brands (lansinoh and generic) but these are my favorite. I like them because they are the most comfortable on sore nipples. Also they are thicker, more absorbant, and they stay in the bra better than others. I tried other nursing pads that wouldn't stick well and ended up getting folded and sliding out of place. I always buy the 120 count box because that is the best value. I recommend these nursing pads if you are looking for something comfortable with excellent quality.

These are the best for me by far! I leak ALL THE TIME especially at night and these haven't leaked through my nursing tanks, bras,or shirts it's super absorbent all the other brands will leak at night and my bed will have a puddle of milk! my only problem is when they do get soaked if I can't change them they feel super heavy and looks like you stuffed a ball in your bra because it changes shape but other than that it's super absorbent they are the best!
