This was a Christmas gift from big sis to little sis! Little Sis loves it and now she has a special box to put her jewelry in, rather than losing it in her toy box. Plus, she loves listening to the music and seeing the ballerina "dance." Excellent value and it brought my girls great joy (the big sister loved giving something special to her little sister).

We have had this music box for about four or five months. When we first received it as a gift for my daughter she loved it! She wound it and it played music and the dancer spun. After a few minutes of that, the whole thing stopped working. The dancer didn't spin, the music wouldn't play. My daughter was crushed. My husband ended up taking part of it apart and putting a piece back in place that had come loose inside. After that it worked just fine, and still does. I suppose there are good ones and bad ones, just like with everything, we just happened to get a bad one, but fortunately it was fixable.

This music box worked at the store, but when we got home, it didn't work anymore. Took it back to exchange, had to argue to get a new one. New one worked for about 6 hours, then broke. No more music, fairy doesn't spin anymore. This is a piece of junk! Don't waste your money!
