The cups are cute but they leak,they ARE NOT spill proof and they develop black mold in the underside of the cup (in the mouth spout)and in the vent screen. I clean the cups in the dish washer but found that after a few months of use they developed mold the mold. Not worth the price.

These cups are great. My 3yo and 1 yo love them. They are a little harder to suck out of, but both my kids can do it easily. The cups don't spill or leak.

My 15 month old is a total sippy cup kid. He CANNOT drink out of these try as we may!!!! They are easy to clean no parts to use but extremely hard to suck any liquid even for mommy and daddy- we tried and they are hard to drink out of. Not reccommended!~

I personally like these cups. When we first got them we had to stick something through the drinking part so my son was actually able to get what he was trying to drink & now that part is perfectly fine. We havent had a problem with leaking.

My Son started using these cups around nine months...and loves them!!! They are totally spill, leak, and so far break proof!! He loves that they have his favorite cartoon characters on them!! The only down fall to them is at first he couldnt get anything out and i even tried and i have seen that alot of people said this too..but all i had to do is take a knife and insert it in to the two openings (where the orginal slits were) and now he can get his juice out just fine!! so all in all GREAT CUP for a good Price!!!

I never write a review before, this bottle makes me really want to write one. I bought it today and my daughter (4) so excite to use her Thumbelina cup. I saw her struggling sucking it hard and nothing come out. I try instead - omg, i can get cramp on my jaw just to have few drops of milk into my mouth. What's the point? Perhaps anyone who design this at First Year never tried it huh? I'm not sure if I can return it, If i can;t then I'm gonna poke the hole with fork like some comment up there. At least my daughter can use it. Don't buy this.

Very cute, easy to clean and my son loved that his favorite character was on it but he had a hard time sucking out of it. Me and my husband even tried to use it and it is very dificult to use. We have to lay him down on the sofa so it completly upsidedown to make it a little easier. Oh, and he's 18 months and has used diferent kinds of sippy cups since he was 8 months just fine. Even when we've switched types he was always fine until theses. It's ashame because they are very cuat and have less parts for cleanup.

I have had different styles (ex. toy story, elmo, ect...) of these cups and they have all been great. I've not had leaking issues unless my 2 year old son has taken one of his small toys and put it through the holes on top of the cup. Once he's done that fluid just pours out. If your child jams anything into those holes those cup lids are done for. They will start leaking big time. I've had to switch to using the cups with the straws in them because of my son messing up the lids. If it weren't for him doing that I'd still be using no other cups but these. They have been great for him.
