My daughter (5) wanted a playhut for Christmas. After reading the reviews on this one, I marked it off the list and gave my mother a specific list of Dora, Ariel, or Le Cafe playhuts to choose from for Brooke. And of course, my daughter unwraps my mother's Christmas present and I sigh on the inside, knowing I'm going to have to return it as all the mothers have said it collapses and such. We tried it anyway because my daughter just fell in love with it. I am SO glad we didn't just take it back. It is sturdy, she took her sleeping bag in and slept in it all night. This morning, she moved in her Disney Princess kitchen, and the table and chairs set my father painted for her to match and she and her 7 year old brother still fit with all that in there. I love it, soo cute, and the little towers on the side have little compartments where she now stores half her stuffed animals. And like my husband said, if the PVC pipes that hold it up wind up being to flimsy, they are fairly inexpensive to replace. Love, love, love this princess playhut!

I have this set up in my "toy alcove" for my two year old daughter. She does have a small kitched set of her own in the tent, a chair, rug, a Disney Princess shoe set, and me. I am writing from inside the tent. I can sit down comfortably with my legs out stretched in front of me and I don't have to duck my head. She still has a lot of room to play.
It's cute, I like the entryway.. I like the carriage window on the one side...
I don't think it's worth the price at all. I did have to bend it quite a bit to make it stand at all, and I think the only reason it's standing as straight as it is is because it's up against two walls with a toy kitchen holding it against from the inside. The lights I thought, would be ambience maybe soft white string lights or something, but they are blinking red dots only above the entryway. My daughter is excited about the tent though, so we're probably going to keep it, but I am unsatisfied.

    My daughter received this as a gift for her 3rd birthday. My daughter has a smaller tent with a tube and loves it. Perhaps because she already has a tent, she was not excited about this gift. The tent is so large it blocked the entryway in and out of our living room. We put the tent in the backyard patio. The first time my daughter played in it it began to tip over on her and collapse. We have had this tent for a few weeks and my daughter has been in the "house" less than 2 times. I would not recommend to others!

        My kids love this tent, they got it for christmas! This tent that is pictured is not the tent with poles that has all the bad reviews. It is very easy to assemble and to take down. It is also very sturdy my Daughter and Son Love it! Best Playhouse ever because you can take it down if you need too!

            This was a birthday present for my 3-year-old. She absolutely loves it, as does our 5-year-old son. They both have been playing in there together. We even took their toddler-sized sleeping bags in there - 2 toddler sized sleeping bags fit next to each other inside. Really cute and I think the perfect size for play. Super easy set-up. The perfect tent.

                    I have read LOTS of reviews on this tent and others and so far I am extremely pleased. I bought this tent for my daughter's 2nd birthday and I set it up this afternoon just to make sure it works right before we give it to her. It was SO easy to put together. It just pops open and when I was done looking at it I just folded it right up. We have owned 2 other tents in the past and this one is by far the easiest assembly. It is also very big and we are planning on putting her princess couch and baby bed and high chair in it so she can play "house".
