Wow! My kids are pretty active, and they got into this game right away.

One person is the chef, who reads out the menu items that need to be delivered to each "customer". Sometimes you need to take things away, and sometimes you need to switch things. The game is scored with coins, and the amount is determined by how correct all 3 orders are at the end, and how quickly the items are delivered.

The menu is a plastic "book" where the chef clicks thru the various items (which are all pictures, so even my 4 year old can take a turn at Chef).

The kids enjoy the fast pace of the game. You can make it more difficult by placing the diners farther away from the "kitchen" (where the players pick up the menu items). I like the fact that they need to work together to get a good score.

This was a fun game once we got the swing of it. It is a rush of trying to get the right orders on the plates of the animals, and it is a challenge! My girls (3 and 5) loved running around, and my oldest loved being the "chef". Might be a little difficult to play without an adult with the younger kids, but once they get used to it, it is great!

We love this game. It teaches great cooperation. It is interactive and gets kids moving. My son could play this game over and over and not get tired of it. The pieces are bright and colorful and durable. I highly recommend this game! The directions are easy to understand so play is easy too!

My mom got this for my neice and us adults had alot of fun playing it once the kids went to bed. Didn't play for too long but liked it enough to buy it for my family.

this game is really fun for all of us! My almost 3 (one month away) son got it for christmas and he (we) can't play it enough! He loves the chefs hat and loves to run around putting the food on the plates and being the chef. What's better then "reading" (it has pictures) out orders for your parents and family to follow! I make it a workout too! He tells me what to do and i run and do squats etc.. It might be hard if the child doesn't know colors or shapes but then it will help teach colors & shapes plus following directions, how to check answers and counting and more!

This is a wonderful game! Our 3 oldest children (6, 5, and 3) love to play this together. Unlike other reviewers we have not found the game too difficult in the least--in fact, our 3-year-old can easily "read" the menu even though he can't read! Although fast-paced, the game encourages focused attention in that you have to keep your instructions in mind as you run to accomplish them as quickly as possible, and promotes teamwork as you are all working together to get it done quickly. This game also seems fairly different than other games we have. We love this game and highly recommend it to friends. The only weakness of the game is that the pieces are cardboard--though they seem fairly sturdy and are holding up just fine so far for us. Kids must be responsible to pick up the game after play as it will not work if you lose any of the food pieces (though you could make your own replacements). The pros far outweight these cons for us and we highly recommend it to you!

This game is too complicted for young children and it just does not keep their interest for very long. I'm afraid it's rather boring.

I bought this game for my granddaughter, 3 yrs. old, and a great niece, 5 yrs. old. If I had it to do over, I would not buy it. It is too complicated for a young child to do by themselves, plus the game is not quality material. I was very disappointed in it.

This is a fun game. It is very fast paced and a lot of fun.

The positive characteristics of the product were the all around theme of the game - Everyone loves Dr Seuss! The children loved the thought of being the 1st to fill a plate, and collect coins for the characters that they know and recognize. Not to mention the fact that they could run around and be "crazy" at the same time as playing a game!
