My 9 year old daughter wanted this very badly for Christmas. I wasn't going to get it but at the last minute decided to do so. She excitedly opened it and the camera didn't work at all. Two of her friends also recieved it and it also didn't perform at all or up to expecations. It actually crashed one friend computer. It is being returned.

First attempt at using the product was not that great. However, the more my daughters and I used it, the easier it was to use. We absolutely love the fact that it has its own camera. That is a definite asset. My youngest uses the pics to email to her friends which is an easy option with the Stylin' Studio. Glad I purchased it. I actually purchased two..one for my household and one for another.

this product is not very good. I got it for christmas and the bord would work but the camera would not work. we calles the number on the back of the box for help and they didn't know what to do so we returned it and it still wouldn't work

Was very hard to get working, had to change screen resolutions to get it to work on PC. There wasn't any help for troubleshooting it in box or on webpage.
It faults out and gets stuck.

My daughter is 14 and wanted this for Christmas. I thought it was going to be another expensive toy that she played with once or twice and honestly thought she was too old for it. But to my surprise everyone was amazed at how cool it is and what you could do with it. I used it, her aunts, cousins, friends...you name it. Everyone was fighting over using it! It is very entertaining and fun!!! Lots of fun!!!

I don't know what is the matter with my daughter's. It works fine until you try to take a picture. When I go to the picture taking place, it says "Do You Allow?" I click Yes ans it goes on. When I hit the button on the pen, it sounds like it takes the picture. It doesn't work. I dont know what to do with it. I've tried to download different stuff, but it still doesn't work. I called Girl Tech and they told me to do different things to it. I did everything they said to do, but it doesn't work. If someone could tell me what to do, I would greatly appreaciate it.

This toy was a huge disapointment on Christmas. I installed the cd several times. Picture never showed up. Toy just didn't work. I tried calling the maker for technical support.....no one answers the phone. Stupid idea to put instructions on cd. I plan on returning this item, we will try another one. The cd may be damaged.
