I had one of these when I was a child. I loved it, and my daughter loves this one. They are so cute and smell so sweet. Two thumbs up. The water was a little hard to get in, but other than that it is wonderful.

Overall, it's a great doll, and my 3 year old daughter (and 2 yr old son) likes it, but it's very small. I wish I would have noticed it's only 9 inches. I would recommend getting the bigger size to fit better in my child's doll accessories (high chair, cradle, etc).

Got this for my 4 year old for Christmas. Had to fill it with water. The baby is very heavy after you fill it up. I am just concerned about the water sitting in the doll. I have not attempted to get the water out yet to change it. I don't even know if you can. The doll is cheap enough that if it gets nasty, I could just go buy another one.

My girls love these dolls. They are on the small side, but they love to take them in the bathtub. We filled one with water, but then I got concerned about mold even though they claim to have an anti-mold lining. They are fine to play with right out of the box, but if you do choose to fill them with water they move and jiggle like a real baby.

We just got this for my daughter for her one year birthday. I think it says for 3 years old on the box, but we decided not to fill it up with water yet, and we're reserving the accessories for when she's older. She has been holding it and kissing it nonstop!! Plus, she can "grow" into it and we'll add the water later. It's the perfect size for teeny hands, very light and the rubber material is surprisingly soft. PLUS, the entire body is rubber so she'll be able to bathe with dolly too! I highly recommend this as a gift!
Does NOT require batteries to work so the child can use their imagination, which I'm a big fan of. :)

These dolls are the perfect size for babies/toddles. But because they are molded from one (soft,flexible) piece of plastic they hold there shape but they aren't hard and stiff. We did find the doll a bit heavy when filled with water. The idea is that the dolls body is warmed by the water; not noticeably after you put the clothes back on. We simply abandoned the water altogether.
We bought our first water baby 10.5 years ago. Our baby is now playing with them. Now she is getting a new one for her first birthday... or Christmas... or one for each.
