The concept of this toy is really cool. I have two boys who love to play with animals and dinosaurs.The first scanner we purchased did not scan correctly,there was a glitch,so we got another one and it works fine so far. We bought alot of animals to go with the scanner and the poster it comes with has alot of facts and info.I think I'll laminate the poster.

I bought this product for christmas for my 6 year old son... HE LOVES IT ! And so does my daughter ... it only comes with one animal and you can scan the mat and hear the names of all of the animals. It has 3 games the kids can play.. the voice is clear. I would recomend this to all Moms

I like the toy mainly for the fact that it will help kids learn even if they come across animals in person or on the television. It is a spectacular toy and i think every kid should have one because it will help academically.

My son loves this toy!His teachers are amazed by all the info & facts he knows about so many different animals.My only dislike is we bought every animal on the boxes;even the deluxe ones & they're still some animals on the map that we cannot get any facts on.

Great toy, easy to use and priced right. I bought this for my 2 year old, he was able to take it out of the box and begin using right off. This item is perfect for animal lovers like my son, with the sounds, pictures and facts, he was able to listen once and then pass the info he got to others! Wow I was very pleased. I bought 3 animals and were able to hear the facts on 27 animals.This toy kept him busy for hours, he can't get enough,he loves this toy!

This product is awesome. My son's preschool teacher bought this for him while he was in the hospital going thru brain surgery and treatment. This toy was used to distract him and since he loves aniamls it worked perfectly. I would recomended this toy to any parent with a animal lover.

I love this!! My mom bought this for my 8 year old Autistic son. He is an animal maniac and he loves this toy. More than that, he understands how to use it. Now he wants more of the animal sets. A great toy that does something useful and will last for a long time.

This toy is so cool! My 4 year old nephew got it as a gift this past Christmas, and I was excited to go out and buy the other animals. There are only things that bother me: first I am totally jealous that its not my toy, because I always want to play with it when I come, and second, I am ready to get more animals and I have only found the Series 1. He loves this edcational toy, and we have fun figuring out how big the animals were and where they live. He has learned a lot with this, and I am amazed at how it works. Great toy!

I was under the impression when I bought the game complete with the map, scanner and 3 BONUS animals, that my grandkids would be able to press on the map with the scanner and get the info, because that is what the box says: "Just click on the animal and hear the facts". It doesn't say that it will only work when EACH BONUS animal is separately purchased and activated. I was not happy when I opened the game with the kids and found that they couldn't access any info except for the 8 animals acctivated by the BONUS animals. This was confusing info. BONUS usually indicates additional, I didn't know I would have to buy ALL the BONUS animals to even use the game!!!!!! Now I can't find the individual BONUS animals, even having a hard time finding them on line. The concept is exceptional, they love the questions and habitats and vocal sounds, but it is misleading that the map won't work without the BONUS animals.
