In this toy cash register as a beginner of my young daughter she can now be familiar with the numbers even when she played and that was the good thing about that. So i dont think twice to buy this product.[@]

My 4 year old granddaughter loves her new cash register. I do too, with the exception of 2 issues. First the cord on the "price scanner" is too short, it needs to be about 6-8 inches longer. Second the cash drawer is too hard sometimes for small children to push to open.

My 1 1/2 year old daughter got this as a christmas gift and about 2 weeks later it started breaking. The belt to put things on came apart. The black part is just some type of material couldn't get it back in. Then the credit card that pops at the top NEVER popped. What a waste!

My grandchildren, ages 3 and 5, love to play store with this cash register. They like the sounds, the "swiper", the microphone, and the way the drawer opens. I like the calculator! The microphone cord pulled off after a few uses. The rest of the cash register is durable.

I have had this cash register for 2 years and it still works. I use it with children for therapy sessions along with play food and it is definitely worth what I paid. The kids like the sound effects, especially the credit card slot. The downside is the back of the cash drawer is a little difficult to access. For the price, you can't go wrong.

This is a piece of junk. A total waste of money. I bought this for my 3 year-old God daughter for her birthday and it was a big disappointment. The sound doesn't work and the money drawer doesn't open. The quality of this product is below poor. PLEASE, do not waste your money on this toy like I did.

3,4,6,and 9. make sure you get the cart with the groceries.

My daughter received this as a Christmas gift and enjoyed it at first. As another reviewer said, she mostly plays with the pretend food. The numbers on the cash register are an actual calculator, which is probably nice for older children. The cash drawer is small and doesn't open very far. It's hard to get the paper money and credit cards from their slot in back. We also don't have anywhere near the amount of cash pictured, but they could have added more in the year since we received ours. I also agree with the reviewer who said that the intercom cord was way too long. My daughter would frequently stretch it as far as it would go, and I was a bit worried she would hurt herself by getting tangled up in it. I finally just cut it off altogether. The conveyor belt doesn't convey anything 1/2 the time. It's on a slide that only moves back & forth, rather than cycling around. It also has a nice wide opening where the slide control is, which my daughter thought was a much safer place to store all of her coins. It's kind of annoying to fish them out...once we finally figured out that that's where they were. In sum, my daughter has fun pretending with this toy, which is its main function, but I can't help wishing that it was a little more realistic with regard to the conveyor belt & the money.

The pretend food is the best part- Nothing really works all that well. It would be better to spend a bit more and buy the Barbie one or Fisher Price.
