my boys love this product. i was worried cause the age recommendation is 4yrs old and my twins are 18m. but i tested it myself, pulling very roughly on the cymbols and tossing it around and such, and nothing came off. the only problem is that my boys love smacking on it so much i am going to have to get them a drum set when their older. what did i start, lol.

Really cute design and very sturdily built. Can take being repeatedly dropped without incident. I bought this tambourine for my 17 month old grandson who discovered tambourine playing when he accompanied me to church. He is quite adorable as he carries it around, shaking it and patting SpongeBob's face. However, it doesn't make a very good hat :).

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
