    On the surface, this looks great. It's practically a full synthesizer with keyboard, 8 tempo options and 8 instruments it will mimic (badly). But my son hits the "full demo" button and walks away leaving me with an unending bombardment of horrible holiday music and bad renditions of Mozart and Beatles tunes. On the keyboard, whenever two keys are hit at the same time, it hiccups and gives us neither. The mic will make very loud feedback if not plugged in completely. It also offers record/play option which has yet to work. I've given an extra star for the volume control, though it's not enough. It's about to "lose" its 2AA batteries.

          My 2 yr old loves this keyboard! We havent had any problems with it either. If you want to record you press rec then play. If you press stop it wont store it. It's worth what you pay for and we're happy with it!

              my toddler got it for christmas i worked for a little while my daughter loved it till it stopped working the same day she was very upset I had to toss it away don't waste your money.

                      I bought this toy and one speaker did not work and the microphone kept shorting out within the first 5 minutes of playing with it. Cheaply made with poor sound quality and just not worth it! I'm taking it back.

                          I bought two of these, as gifts for my nieces. I wasn't able to test it in the store, now I know why. Once at home and it removed from the package I discovered It wasn't at all what it claimed to be. The sound quality was terrible and the buttons didn't do what was pictured on them. I couldn't figure out how to make the functions work and this toy seemed to have a mind of its own.
                          I am returning these today and will be looking at toys that I can test on the spot.

                          Good things first:
                          1. Looks beautiful.
                          2. The main keys in the keyboard are good, and sound good.
                          3. Loved the packaging.

                          Now the bad things...
                          1. Volume button wont change the volume, but on pressing it, it sounds like a drum beat.
                          2. Tempo button wont change the tempo, but on pressing it, it sounds like a drum beat.
                          3. None of the keys on the top right do what is intended.
                          4. Mic, record and play feature does not work.

                          Immediately after buying this product, make sure that you test that all the keys are working as intended.

                          At the store, I could not find an open item, to test before buying.

                          I would not recommend this product to anyone. Great disappointment.

                          My daughter pushed some magical combination of buttons and the drum buttons started making animal sounds instead! I have no idea how she did it, and I did not find anything about it in the instruction manual. Has this happened with any of the others?

                              I loved the idea of it, but the fact is, it just does not work, doesn't play, won't let my son sing. My husband tried to fix it and nothing has worked. Unfortunately we did not keep the receipt or the packaging so it is off to the dumpster for this one I guess.
