      I bought this for my daughter as a christmas gift when she was 6. She loved rainbows at the time and this was really fun exploring what rainbows are all about. She is now 8 and we still do the experiments. In fact, her sister and cousin are playing it now. At age 6, I read the instructions to help her out but now she is able to do them herself.
