The furniture was beautiful but we received two pieces damaged. There were footprints on one of the boxes when it arrived at our house. Babies-r-us made it extremely difficult to have replacement pieces shipped. They made it even more difficult to return the damaged products. I spent hours on the phone, and it took 10 phone calls to get everything rectified. The second set of furniture is beautiful but even that arrived damaged with a large gouge out of the side. I could fix it with stain but for the price of the furniture any damage is unacceptable. I sent a letter to customer service after everything was completed and they said the complaint was being sent to someone higher up. Never heard back from them. Furniture is beautiful if you don't have to deal with customer service. Good luck! Two of our three original pieces were damaged, with discoloration in the stain and scratches.

We've been using this dresser for two years and it is still in excellent condition. The drawers are roomy and hold a lot of clothes. I expect my daughter will be able to use ot for years to come.

Like many, I fell in love with this furniture at first. It is large and "whimsical".

We were SO disappointed to receive this furniture. While it was packaged well in the box, the combo unit appeared to have been used. There was some type of adhesive on the outside of 4 drawers, scratches on the front of the frame (2 of the 3 were re-stained), and a bar of discoloration down at the front bottom of frame.

We did call the store first to ask how they recommend we clean it & the resolution to the scratches. We followed instruction using a damp cloth/mild soap; however, the adhesive just smeared & we learned it had "softened" the stain as the stain began to remove with it. BRU did offer to send replacement drawers; however, the frame was also discolored & scratched. In addition, we began to unwrap the Oxford Crib, and the headboard was separated from the wood, the other piece was missing stain.

Upon discovering the above, we discussed replacement. BRU was willing but WE would have to pay for the pickup or rent another truck & haul the furniture back. While they offered a "discount" on their delivery/pickup, we felt this was unacceptable as the defects in the furniture was the manufacturer's mistake (get the fee from them not the customer). Currently no resolution.

So while we were sucked into the whimsy of this furniture, it was a pricey product in the end for poor quality (or at least Baby Caches QA/QC was lacking)

This is a great product. However, watch out for minor dings and blemishes. Also, if you hear a weird paper sounding noise when you open the drawer, look at the wood that stops the drawer. There is probably a piece of masking tape on it. When you remove that tape, you will see that it was there before it was painted.

This furniture set comes impecably packed. The shape and design are very playful yet will be elegant as our baby grows. The finish is special and can scratch and mark easily. I will be purchasing glass tops for the beaureaus. The drawers are spacious, and I am in Love with this set! Oh yes, both drawer sets come fully assembled!

We bought this dresser to match the crib for our baby boy's nursery. We absolutely love it. It is a perfect size and the drawers open and close very nicely. Everything fits nicely into all of the drawers. [...] I loved that it came in one piece and all we had to do was put it in the nursery. I'm planning on having this set for many, many years. I would definitely recommend this set to anyone. It's absolutely beautiful.

This dresser is a perfect compliment to the crib and chest that complete this set. It is absolutely beautiful, and we love it. It is so classy, and very well built. The drawers provide lots of storage space, and it makes our little girl's nursery just perfect!
