I was in a rush to get christmas presents and didn't really look into this toy as much as a should have. My kids love to play with it but everytime the ball goes in the hoop I cant help but wonder if it will be the last time they can play. The ball is extremely heavy for such a flimsy hoop. Every time they put the ball in a piece falls out. It is a great IDEA but ppl should look for one that can actually last longer than a wk.

It was a great product. i got my 2 years ago for my birthday. played with it about 200-300 times. about 30mins each time. my hoop just recently broke. bcuz i slammed the ball with all of my force. P.s. I am 13 now

Purchased for my 6 1/2 year old son. He hated it. The ball is really HARD and heavy. It causes the backboard to hit hard against the door you have it hanging on, so it makes a lot of noise. The ball doesn't bounce. The tubes on the ball don't glow very much. The rim only lights up for an inch or so on each side (the picture shows the entire rim lite up).

I went to toys r us and bought the most expensive hoop they had which ws this one, assuming it would work well. Every single door in my house would not close with the hoop on except for my bathroom door, i put it there. the ball is so heavy that the hoop broke when i shot. i fixed it and then i shot again and this time the hoop did not fall but it broke. Nerf has no new ideas and this idea of a glow in the dark ball sucks because you have to be in complete darkness to see two green lines glowing. the hoop also lights up in red but for [$] they dont even include bateries. who the hell would want to play basketball at one in the morning to wake up every one in the house, oh yeah, i forgot to mension how it does so much noise because it is not stable at all...please do not buy this product and buy the cheaper version if you get it at toys r us: its half the price and works twice as well!

First off for the price the backboard not very sturdy and the ball weighs more than it needs too. When the ball hits the rim sometimes the rim snaps out of place. The light up rim doesnt even light up all the way around. I suggest keep the lights on and purchase the cheaper classic nerf hoop.

this product is awfull .it's over price and what is worse of all is that it comes with a foam ball that does not bounce. i'm very disapointed .
