This actually had some very bad reviews concerning the DVD player on various sites so I was wary of purchasing it for my son for Christmas. I opted to by the TV only and then bought a separate DVD player and we have been very satisfied with the purchase. It's absolutely adorable!

I have been dumb enough to buy 2 of these things and I'm regretting it. The first one was the one with the dvd player....It lasted about a year...almost, then all of a sudden, it we would turn it on to put our son to bed and before he could get to sleep, it would turn off without anyone touching it or the remote and would NOT come back on for a whole day! This made my son scared to sleep in his room, so he started sleeping with me *child has been in his own room since he was 3mos and then all of a sudden, at the age of 3, he started sleeping with mommy again*....So then we tried to get him another one and it's been ok so far, but when you hook anything up to it *ie, Wii or DVD player*, it is very difficult to figure out how to get it to work. The remote is also very difficult to use. I have very small fingers and I still push 2 to 3 buttons at once.

This product arrived damamged. I called customer service to order another one, but they never submitted the order as they said. I cancelled my order with TRUs and bought one else where.

I bought this tv for my then 3 yr old son. He is now 7. I've never had a problem with this tv. Works great, great picture, great volume. I had heard that the dvds don't last long so I got the tv w/o the dvd player.

There is no way to contact customer support about this tv. The numbers are all disconnected!! What a rip off! My son's tv's control panel is locked and it won't unlock or even turn on with the remote. Since I can't find anyone to get a hold of, I can't get it unlocked!

Our Lightning McQueen TV broke after 9 months. It just suddenly won't turn on. [...].My 3 year old doesn't understand why it won't turn on and wants a new one, but I don't want to spend money on another tv that will not even last a year.

I asked the clerk to get me the Cars TV-DVD combo. The box only said TV; so, I asked again and was assured it had a DVD player. It doesn't. It is very large considering that it is only a TV. I will be returning it since I only bought it to play DVD's on.

I bought this TV for my son for his 3rd birthday (theme was Disney's Cars). My son is now 6 years old turning 7 soon. We love this TV. Never had a problem with it. DVD players works great. The remote is still working after so many abuse.

We bought this tv for our son hoping that it would be more than just a cute tv.. we were wrong. Within a year the dvd player stopped working. I was leary about buying a dvd/tv combo as I had heard that this happens.. would never do it again!

I bought this for my grandson when he was 1 yr old. He is 6 now and the Cars TV has been the best present ever. He is very hard on DVD players but this one has stood up to the test. It plays great and is easy for him to use. I am very pleased with this TV and so is he.

I bought this tv for my son when he was three. He is now almost nine, he has outgrown the Cars theme, but still loves the tv. It still works great. Very happy with this purchase. I have purchased the tv/dvd combo's for my other children and they are not worth the money.
