I bought this for my son for his second birthday because he loves babies, and he loves to play with dolls. I also thought he might like to have a doll that is anatomically correct. Is it completely realistic? No, but then neither are girl dolls. We are also working on potty training, so I thought he might like to see how the baby drinks and then wets its diaper, though I did not buy it specifically as a potty training aid.

One thing that bothers me about this doll (and a lot of dolls like this): why do the dolls only cry for Mommy? Dads can (and should!) do baby care as well, so why doesn't the doll say Daddy?

The doll was better than the description. The plastic was soft and easy to activate voice. There was nothing that I didn't approve of. Loved the fact that the doll was definitely a little boy doll. My 3 yr. old grandson noticed right away. A good practice device for future fathers.

Water goes straight through the doll within seconds,which makes for a big wet mess!!Sounds broke shortly after opening. spend the extra money and get the baby alive doll. Baby Boy doll aslo has balls and a plastic Shlong.HA!!

I ordered a boy doll and got a girl doll and then was not at first given my shipping back. I had to contact you to get it refunded. I was able to get the doll elsewhere, luckly.... I was very dissapointed, thought I was not going to be able to find the doll but another company had it...

I was looking for "twin" dolls for my daughter who is getting a double doll stroller this Christmas. I happened across this doll and saw it was labeled "anatomically correct". Love it! She has a baby brother so she will no doubt enjoy having a baby boy doll. I think it is funny that people seemed shocked. Boys and girls have different parts, it's just part of being human. It does not look so much like male genitalia more like three bumps. Some kids might just think that's they way this doll looks and think nothing more of it. Anyway, this doll has a nice soft "voice" and makes sweet baby sounds, it is also a pretty doll.

This was purchased for a boy and is a nice doll if you don't want to spend a lot of money. Nice feel and good size to teach how to feed and carry, etc. Some people are concerned about it's anatomically correct properties - I got this doll specifically to have a boy doll, with boy parts and all. It's really not that bad - if you haven't seen the doll in person, there is one little "bump" down there with two other little bumps underneath it. It's not scary and is quite small. It's a hard plastic, it's not like "it" is long or bends or anything like that. "Anatomically correct" is almost a misnomer. It's really not so different as your child seeing a little boy get his diaper changed; it's just the human body. I like the doll and would recommend it.

My 4 year old son told me that he wanted a baby doll. A boy that cries. Well I finally found one at Toys R Us. I like that when you press the dolls hand it make sounds. I wish it said DaDa to not just Ma Ma. I am happy that it is anatomically correct. My little one knows that there a difference between a boy and a girl. He will love this baby doll for Christmas.
