Bottom suction cup won't stick

I used this shade in my car to block the sun rays from hitting my daughter. I really don't have anything good to say about this shade. The bottom suction cup would never stay stuck to the window. I couldn't put the front windows down because the wind would blow the shade around and it would hit my daughter in the head. I finally bought some Eddie Bauer shades that work great. I'm throwing these away, what a waste of money.

    I have 2 of these. One of them will not stay attached to the window. I'm not sure if its defective but i'm stuck with it nonetheless, because babies r us does mot have a great return policy. I would not recommend this product. Does not block sun really either.

      My son is now 2 months old and one of the shades was obselete the day we opened them because there was some clear sticky plastic stuff in one of them that ripped the shade upon first use. The second shade is not ripped but it is so small that it is useless.

            We got these shades to protect our dogs in the back seat from the sun on long trips. Worked great; easy to put on and take off. The only down side is that they're not as wide as the windows, so some sun does get through, but overall, the shades block enough of the sun to make it more comfortable for the dogs.

              We own a dodge grand caravan and for the $ this product did just fine. The suction was fine for the last 2 years. the bottom had to be restuck just once or twice. The roller on one works and not on the other, but I never really use that anyhow. One child did keep grabbing the one shade and ripped so we do have to go get another set. I tried other shade products and this is the one that fits us best.

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                  We have no problem with the suction cups sticking. We've had it up in our Nissan Altima for about a year and we've never experienced suction problems. Even when my husband rolls down all the windows (with the exception of the one with the shade), it stays firm. Our 2-1/2 year old son doesn't try to grab it either. We love the product and are going to purchase another one for the other window!

                        Well, it is easy to install...but it won't stay put. The suction cups are not strong at all. It falls down all the time. It's also not at all durable. We've had them for a year and so far 2 of the three I bought aren't working...they fell apart. I'm not even sure how they did! The other is in the back window and 2 of the 3 suction cups work.

                        Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
