My 8 year old son got to play this at a local mall before it came out and can't wait to get it. He plays the lego starwars on the wii and love it but this game makes you feel like you are realy in the movie. You realy use the controler like a lightsaber. I know it says teen but if your child saw the movie then he is ok for this game at any age.

This game is rated for teens but my 9 year old was easily bored with it. It only has one battle and he quickly won that. He has not played it again since. The violence is on the G scale. If your child can watch the cartoon, Star Wars the Clone Wars then, this game can be appropriate for him to play.

This was a gift for my son(10) for Christmas. He really loves playing this game! He has the Darth Vader lightsaber for the Wii to play this game with, but he often plays it without it, so it is not needed. My husband likes it as well!

This game was perfect for my Star Wars crazy son(7 yrs. old) and husband. But the best part is that I, a completely Star Wars illiterate mom, can pick up a controler and play with little instruction. I like that inorder to do well in the upper levels my son had to be patient and learn from the "Master Jedi". Plus he's learned to use weaker characters when he plays with his little sisterr to give her a chance.
When he opened this gift on Christmas morning He exclaimed "You're the BEST!!" and hugged his dad and me. What more could a parent want from a game?

This is terrible. The force control stinks.there are hardly any force moves. No adventure mode. I prefer The Force Unleashed video game which has duel and adventure modes plus you get more charecters and 5 times the force control and moves.
