My 3 yr old son received this gift for his birthday recently and really enjoys the toy. He likes to take all the magnets out at once then flip through the book and try to find where they all go. They all stick in the book very well and they are pretty big pieces so I don't think I'll have to worry about them getting lost. It's a very cute toy and I'm very satisfied with it.

My two year old got this last xmas and started playing with it at about 15 months. She absolutely loves it. The only problem we've had is that sometimes the animals don't stay in the book and we've lost a couple of animals (but have found them later). She still loves playing with this book and can locate all the animals.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this toy for my 1 1/2 year old daughter last xmas. She has gotten so much enjoyment from playing with it!!! She still plays with it 2-3 times a week. For quite some time, she has been able to pull out all the animals (30+) and return them to the correct location. This is a must have! It's very entertaining. The only flaw that occurred with ours happened when she placed some of the pieces in her mouth. The paper wore off just a little.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
