As when I was buying toys for my own daughter, Fisher-Price quality is hard to beat. This is a really cut little toy for the musically inclined. My 3-year old grandson loves it.

My only disappointment came from a misunderstanding on my part. I thought it would allow him to play "real" CD's on it, but it does not actually play CD's. It has 3 plastic disks that the child can drop into the slot and then the music plays. This was a happy-accident, though. Jake loves playing his "pretend" CD's.

The description might have mentioned that but I was not aware. Overall its a fun toy and doesnt cost a lot of money. I would buy it as a gift.

Bought for my now 4 yr old & passed down to my 12 mth old. Still works great. Have taken it on the go. Not to noisy but can get annoying to parents. Small selection of songs that play over & over. Baby loves to put disc in door not so much in slot. Love the big handle.

          my son had this toy for about a year now hes 23 months now and he still loves it he sings along with all the songs and he loves to take it everywere we go i havent needed to change the batteries yet so its good on batteries

          My 6 month old LOVES this toy. He has a very short attention span, and will generally tire of something and need new stimulation within 2-5 minutes. We have purchased many toys, jumpers, activity centers, etc. and this was one of his favorites. It keeps him interested and entertained!

                My son received this for his 1st birthday. He loves music, and this is by far his favorite toy. Since he just turned one, he cannot figure out how to put the CDs into the player and needs help opening the front to get them out. He also has a little bit of trouble hitting the buttons sometimes because he doesn't push hard enough. Right now he needs a little assistance playing with the toy but I do not forsee this being an issue in a few months. I think this is an awesome toy, but only if your child likes music. My son will sit and dance to the music it plays for quite a while.
