I was disappointed that the beige backing shows through between the rags and it doesn't look good. They should have dyed it red to match the rug. But it is soft and the color is pretty.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I've been looking for a round red rug for awhile. I couldn't find one at a decent price, so I finally decided to go with the Glenna Jean rug.

Rug is very soft and really cute, similar to a shag rug but doesn't shed! The red is bright, but if you have Glenna Jean bedding, it should match perfectly. It does have a strong odor when first unwrapped, but that is expected of synthetic fibers.

Overall, I am pleased with the rug. My baby has fun feeling the different texture of the rug versus the carpet.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
