Wife and I got two of these black friday 08 for [$] each. Buy a Napster account for these and they're great. Download any of millions of tracks to these guys for about $5 per person per month if you have 3 compatible players. Also you can setup Napster on 3 pc's and play the music disconnected or stream Napster tunes. The older version battery even after a year of daily use is good for about 13-16 hours. Love the IPOD features and have no issue with the price but there is no way I'd buy one while IPODs are incompatible with Napster like services. In addition to music you can also download youtube videos and transfer them to the player for viewing. Quality is pretty decent. Another great feature is the microSD card - got an 8GB during black friday 09 for [$] – yet another reason to pass on the IPOD. How difficult is it to add a microSD slot?

See some of you think it wont work with I tunes! It works great! Already pre loaded it for Xmas morning for my son and for $great deal(black friday) wish I didn't pay all the money for Ipod for myself.Here is how to load it on Itunes.Click edit>preferences>Import settigs>put I tunes on Mp3 encoder.Every cd or song from now on you put on I tunes will download in Mp3 & Mp4 for existing songs right click after you fix settings on any song and click convert to Mp3 Easy as that
Enjoy it I know my son will

I never wanted to get an MP3 player, but finally broke down. It was just plain luck that I bought the Sansa Fuze. I LOVE it!! It comes with Rhapsody software, which is wonderful for an avid music fan. I'm now looking to get my husband one for Christmas.

its like this: iPod, Zune, and sony should all bow to the sansa fuze!!! the only thing i suggest is to gett better headphones (i.e. i bought sony noise canceling headphones which provide phenomenal bass worth $30) i got one for my b-day and i never looked back

i had once my sansa clip, now my dad today bought me a sansa fuze today at toysrus.the little gadget is a very good mp3 player much better than the ipod.it even gomes with FM radio!THe ipod doesnt have that feature!Also comes with Raphsody for free!

I think the Sansa fuze is the best!!!!!!!

i've boughten several different mp3 players instead of ipods cause of the price so when i broke the last one i decided to get this mp3 player it works amazing and i've had it for three months now. i break/drop things alot yet its still alive after several concrete incidents. when the new ipod came out i was going to buy it but after playing with my friends i realized this mp3 is ten times easier to work and not as breakable

and now i'm buying my sister one for christmas

Bought this item on a Black Friday Sale for only [$]. Works great with Windows but not all that well with iTunes if you're a Mac user like myself.Good thing I'm an avid programmer -- I created a script to do my bidding with iTunes with the help of Automator and the Sandisk Forums.BOTTOM LINE: If you don't use iTunes -- this player is for you!

Excellent product but the accompanying software is a pain to use. Not nearly as good as iTunes. If you have trouble, try using Windows Media (also not as good as iTunes but better than Rhapsody...)
