The graphics and everything about this game is awesome. I've even taught my nephew, who is 3 yrs old how to play it. The only thing (as it says on the box), you really can't use the wheel with it. It's a little hard to control with the wheel but still works good. All in all an extremely fun game.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Got this for my 4 year old son who is all about monster trucks. He plays & likes Mario Kart and after reading up the controls are similar (using the Wii Wheel)so I bought it. The developer should be embarrassed by this final product. Controls with the Wii wheel are TOUCHY - no settings to adjust sensitivity. To have control we have had to teach him how to use the nunchuck analog stick for steering. He looses interest quickly in this game, gets stuck, truck goes the wrong way, camera angles. He's pretty good at racing games (plays Burnout on my PS3 and loves it.) I've tried to play but don't have the patience to deal with all the control issues. I expect more from a racing / driving game. Kind of hard to keep up with what is going on during some of the events. Graphics might be considered good for the PS2 version but I expect more on a Next Gen Console. (Not expecting something like my PS3)Can't say about the other consoles but I'd avoid the Wii version.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

we use it everyday, it is alot of fun. tons of things to do on it and tracks and trucks to unlock.
