Picked up this item on 5/10/2013

The box looks like it was dragged from behind the truck during delivery to the store, tape was falling off, lid was opening, dents and bashes on the box.

Inside was protected by a thin layer of styrofoam, so the contents were protected.

Drawer Cover F1, had a 6 inch long deep gash on it, contacting company for new one.

Otherwise it is a nice looking crib

I got this crib for my daughter as a shower gift because it was suppose to last her forever since it converts to toddler bed and full size bed. Little did I know the trouble I would have once it came time to get the conversion kits for it, apparently they don't make/sell them anymore! Now I am stuck with a crib that cost several hundreds of dollars and I can't even turn it into a toddler bed or full size bed.

As noted under the service comments, we did not receive all of the pieces and the drawers do not fit. I wouldn't want my name associated with a produce like that.

My husband and I are expecting our first child and we wanted a crib that would grow with him. when we saw this crib we both fell in love with it. It is absolutely beautiful and it was so easy to put together. My husband and brother-in-law had it done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone.

We just built this crib yesterday and loved everything about it. My only question is there anyway that we can put the changing table on the left side of the crib instead of the right? Since it has the shelfs in the back of the changing table we have a wall that is blocking it. It would be easier if we can change it to the left side where its open space. Does anybody know the answer to this?

My husband and I love this crib. We bought the toddler rail and the adult conversion rails for the crib. We like the fact that we can use this product for different stages. The quality is good and would recommend this to anyone.

My mother bought us this crib as a shower gift. I like the way it looks and love the espresso color since it fits my modern contemporary tastes. I also did not get a seperate changer and I use it often. My baby is now 8 months old and sleeps great in it every night, no problems... she is a tall baby and is starting to get too big for the table and eventually her legs may hang off of it. It doesn't have any scratches on it yet so I have not had any problems with it so far.

Crib and changing table look great once they are all put together, but we are disappointed with how it was made. First, when the original crib was delivered, there was a piece that was cracked -- company had no problem sending a replacement, but that took a few weeks. We also should have looked at all the other pieces to make sure there wasn't a problem because one of the drawer fronts was glued incorrectly preventing it from being attached to the rest of the drawer (until we took a saw to it- I wasn't waiting for a replacement part!). The matching dresser also had hardware missing and one of the screw holes was drilled wrong (we were able to just leave the screw out).

I love this crib, I cant wait for my son to be here and start using it. I read the other reviews and the only complaint I saw was that it was hard to put together, it took me about 4 hours from start to finish with very little help from my husband. The instructions are very user friendly. Our nursery is not very big, so it is perfect with the changing table connected.
