My son was born prematurely at 27 weeks. He was put on Neosure when we were discharged from the hospital and we have been using it ever since. We are very pleased with this formula and E seems happy too! He's gaining weight very well and at a healthy rate, and isn't any gassier than any other baby I've been around. Plus, we've never had a single item ruined because of formula stains. Granted, I use the soak cycle with every load, but it definitely washes out. I would definitely recommend this to other moms with preemies!

Carter was born at 25 weeks, 3 days, weighing 1 pound 11 ounces. He was on breastmilk first and then Neosure in the hospital and we continued it at home. Six months later, he's now over 13 pounds. I'd say he's catching up nicely. Neosure was/is a huge help! I will continue using it until the doc allows him to switch to 'regular' formula.
The only drawback is that I think it does cause gas and maybe slight constipation for him. Otherwise, he seems to enjoy it!

My daughter was born 6 weeks early and weighed 4 lbs 15 ounces. I've been giving her Neosure since she was 3 weeks old (-3 weeks adjusted age) she's now 10 weeks old (4 weeks adjusted) and she weighs almost 12 lbs. My daughter has also stayed pretty regular and I haven't had to worry about the constipation caused by some formulas. However, I'm sure this varies from child to child. My only issues are that the powder doesn't come in the larger containers that some of the others have and it isn't always in stock or abundant in many stores
