We used this swaddler for the first few months our our daughters sleep. We had used the other swaddler velcro types and those just never swaddled her tightly enough (and velcro was TOO LOUD.) I know at the beginning that it seems kind of creepy to pin the baby's arms down within the swaddler - but after watching a description of it online and seeing that it was those fabric tabs that kept our daughter securely wrapped and helped her feel snug & safe that I used it. I was amazed that she would always sleep so soundly - and awaken so rested from her time in it. Yes its only for the first few months of use but as the manufacture explains - that is so for safety's sake, an older baby is a mobile baby that could entagle itself within the folds of it. My baby used it until nearly 6 months and I was sad when we had to stop using - but it was a must when she could free herself from it. I gladly give credit to this swaddler for making her such a good sleeper - she was sleeping thru the night @ 8 weeks and I really give the credit for the comfort she felt at using this swaddler. I am so glad that BRU has added it to its registry - with the birth of my last child I had to special order this directly from the manufacture but now as we prepare for the birth our 2nd child I am happily stocking up on more!

It says one size fits all but if you have a large baby then it doesn't stay wrapped. Also there is no way to secure the blanket in place I tried tucking the "flap" into the top and it just wouldn't stay. The concept is great. There are arm wraps in side to keep baby's arms down and then you wrap the huge piece around three times. Definitely not a summer blanket. I personally still prefer my Kiddapodamos (and it was cheaper!)

I can't say enough good things about this product. I was using regular flannel receiving blankets to swaddle and my little monkey would "jailbreak" every time! When my brother introduced me to the Miracle Blanket I was sceptical. But oh. My. Goodness. I had to go out and buy several so I would never be without. It's simply the best! The baby is so comfortable and cozy and safe. The fabric keeps him just warm enough without overheating.I'm not sure why some designs are listed as "newborn." The product is one size 0-14 weeks. Personally I thought it was too big for my little munchkin when he was brand new. I started using it when he was about one month old and eight and a half to nine pounds. If you've never seen one used before it looks a little complicated. Just watch a quick video online and you'll be a pro. It's actually very easy, especially after you've done it a few times! This is totally one of the BEST baby purchases I have ever made. Couldn't do without it!❤️
Truly a miracle

About Me Parent of Two or More Children
We have 2 of the miracle blankets that we use in rotation. Before we got the miracle blanket our little girl would break free from every swaddle and I am a really good/tight swaddler. I tried the large muslin blankets and even the Summer infant swaddles with velcro. She broke out of all of them except the miracle blanket. Try as she might she could never break free from the miracle blanket. We still use it at 4 months old. It was a lifesaver. I thought it was a little pricey for a blanket before we bought it but I will buy these as gifts for friends who need them in the future. Worth every penny. The only reason I gave it less than 5 stars is that both of our Miracle Blankets are coming apart at a very specific seam. They still work and if I knew how to sew it would be an easy fix.
Nice Lightweight swaddle option

We used this swaddle when we transitioned our son to his crib from his rock n play.I think it helped ease the transition since the swaddle kept him feeling secure. The product looks sort of complex but after watching a youtube video I had no problem swaddling my son. My only complaint is the pouch for the legs. I wish there was a way to button or velcro it closed. My son could and would kick his legs out everynight. I would swaddle him in a muslin blanket over the miracle blanket to prevent it from happening. Some sort of closure would be helpful.
Best Swaddler Out There - I have used for 7 years on 3 kids
from Diamond Bar
I have used the Miracle Blanket since 2007 when my first daughter was born. I used it again in 2010 for 2nd daughter and now in 2015 with my 3rd and final child, my son. All 3 kids were sleeping through the night at 8 weeks & I give this blanket full credit. My son is now 10 weeks and has been sleeping through the night! He can sometimes kick he legs out but not his arms. When I bring the Miracle Blanket out to wrap him during the day for a nap or at night for bed he immediately calms down. I think he already associates his sleep with this blanket and I never have had to fight him to swaddle him. I wish he could sleep in this forever! What I love - NO velcro (I hate the velcro tabs on other swaddlers) Thick enough fabric that really lets me get a good tight wrapGender neutral colors w/out trendy prints that lasted me over 7 years & don't go out style.Durable fabric - easy to scrub stains out.
It's a miracle!

My baby girl (3.5 mo, 15lbs) had outgrown her swaddle blankets. She was breaking out very night, and waking herself up. Since day 1 of the swaddle blanket she has slept from 930ish to 7ish. Loving this blanket. I recommend it to all my friends and they are already using it.

The Miracle Blanket works great! My son easily broke out of swaddle blankets and the Velcro SwaddleMe swaddled. He can't break out of the Miracle Blanket, though, due to the way the products holds his arms in. We've been very happy with it!

My 11 week old had been busting out of the Aden & Annais Swaddle blankets, the Swaddle Me, and the Halo Sleepsack, but she can't sleep with her arms out. The first time I put her in the miracle blanket, she busted out her arms and legs. Then I realized I didn't have it right enough. It calms her well for naps, but I am hesitant to put her in it at night because there is so much fabric - I worry what would happen if she did bust out. Although the fabric is thin and seems breathable, she is always sweaty when I wake her up.
A Must Have!!!

About Me Grandparent
This blanket truly is a miracle blanket. Our newborn grandson sleeps so well when he is wrapped in this blanket. He does not sleep well if he is wrapped in any other blanket. We are planning on buying another one today. It is totally worth the cost of the blanket in gold!
total game changer

My son never really liked getting swaddled until a friend recommended this to us....and we would be lost without it! Only wish it came in more cool colors but we got this one because it seemed to be the only real gender neutral one. Thanks for making this product!! Like I said in the above comment...its a total game changer.
