I just put this thing together in about 2 hours. I am not that handy, and about 8 months pregnant, so I don't think that is too bad. I got it in the light colored wood, it looks cute, it's a great size.
However it rocks side to side, so we will probably have to put something under it to keep it level. Before laying my future baby on it, I think it will need extra support bars.
It was inexpensive, and the cutest table that I saw at babys r us, so I think it worth the extra effort that it might need.

One of the components was not manufactured correctly, so I couldn't even finish assembling the table. I wrote Delta and am waiting for their response. Also, the white finish is cracking right out of the box. The design seems just fine, but was manufactured poorly.

I am usually pretty good at assembling furniture by myself, but this changing table was a nightmare! The instructions are pretty simple, although there are a lot of pieces. It is difficult to put together alone (I think a second set of hands would have made it a little easier). The BIGGEST problem I had was that almost all of the allen bolts stripped as I was trying to screw them in. We now have to come up with a solution to try to get the bolts all the way in. As it is right now, it is pretty unstable. The shelving is pretty flimsy/cheap, also. I agree with others, that the top shelf (where you will change the baby), is pretty thin, and I don't know if it is truly safe up to 30 lb., I probably won't use it for that long. Thankfully, it wasn't expensive.

I saw this at the store and found it to be well designed and stable. It was straight forward to assemble. One of the pre-drilled/placed retaining threads for a screw was misaligned and made a bulge on the opposite side of the wood, but otherwise everything was fine.

We picked this changing table because it was one of the few that were available in white in our price range. My husband assembled it with no problems, just follow the directions. I love having the drawer right there. We keep an extra changing pad cover in there along with back up wipes, pajamas, and back up onesies (for those in the middle of the night accidents). I use one of the shelves for the bathtub, and the other shelf has baskets filled with various necessities. I love the storage space. We did buy a changing table mattress and thankful we did. The one that comes with it is thin.

Went together reasonably well, but I'm pretty handy. If you're not, plan on setting aside 2 hours or so. Had to work to get a few pieces to line up, but got everything together ok.

The wood pieces and the flimsy panels that line the drawer bottom are COMPLETELY different colors. The panels are a rich, cherry red, whereas the wood pieces for the frame have more of a brownish tone. If the panels weren't in the dark under the main part, it would look horrible. As is, I can handle it. Might have to get out the router and make bigger grooves and make my own bottom to match better and be a bit more sturdy. The panels that are provided are a joke.

comes with a vinyl covered pad so you do not need to get a seperate changing pad

I purchased this changing table based on the great reviews. It is definitely one of the more sturdier tables. It was a little difficult to put together when it came to lining up the dowels after placing the shelves in but overall pretty easy to put together. The biggest complaint I have is when we put the drawer on the tracks, it is so difficult to pull out in push back in. Also, the drawer support is too short and does not connect to the the back slot; there are dents in various places; and the paint was chipped in a few places. [...]. I love this changing table. Yes putting this item looked too difficult for my husband and I. We let my brothers put it together, and they did a great job. It took them an hour because it does have a lot of pieces; but they enjoyed themselves putting the piece together for their niece.

We are very happy with this product. It is very convenient. The only problem we had was that the original product was assembled erroneously by the manufacturer, and had to return the defective piece to the local store.
