my son's favorite pacifier had become too unsafe once he became 6 months old because it could fit into his mouth all the way. we were again on the hunt for a pacifier he would like. my husband picked up one of each brand, so many people had recommended another brand but this was a hit with my son. babies r us was having a sale so we stocked up!!

Love Avent pacifiers because of the covers on them. I never have to worry about them getting dirty. That's all I look for in pacifiers to be honest. My son grew out of them newborn size so I just purchased the 6-18 months size and he transitioned perfectly.

This product is great - BPA free, free from the concerns that have been constantly popping up around items [...] and very comfortable for the baby. When you order on-line, it specifically says that the color choice is random, so be prepared to not get the blue and green items shown! I'm not sure how people can rate it one and two stars for that reason considering it says you may not recieve those colors. We received this product via an on-line shower purchase, and we just took it to our local store and exchanged it for colors we wanted.

My son would only take Avent pacifiers, which I started giving him before I knew about BPA. Once I learned they were dangerous, it was too late, he refused every other kind. It was such a relief when Avent finally came out with BPA-free. My son is happy and safe!

Just like the old ones, grime can collect between the silicone nipple and the plastic, so you have to bend the nipple to clean the crevice.

When my teething son started getting rashes around his mouth from the moisture caught under his MAM pacifiers, I searched for something that was similar to but allowed for better air flow. This pacifier has been great. The guard hardly touches his face at all. He didn't mind the switch at all and his rash disappeared in 2 days. I only wish they had cuter designs like the MAM. Clip on protective case is nice too, when I remember to use it.

The product is wonderful although the picture shows a blue and green one and I received an orange and pink paci. I do not remember seeing a color choice on the order form, but next time I will look closer.

We are so excited Avent finally woke up and started making BPA free paci's- these have been our son's fave and only paci since birth and when we found out about the dangers of BPA- we tried to switch him to other paci's but he wouldn't go for it and would only take these kind. We took precautions to help the BPA not leech even more into his system but still felt yuck about giving him them when we had already switched out everything else in our house that had any BPA in it. We are so happy that the company got with the program and now we feel great about him sucking on these at night and naptime!
