Comments about Toys R Us 1001325 True Heroes SWAT Role Play Set 4-6 Years:

My 4-year-old son loves this product. He picked it out himself after combing through the entire store (we initially went in for a helicopter!) After four months of playing with it regularly, he chose to wear it as his Halloween costume. He received many compliments / commments -- and he was the only SWAT guy around.

The construction of the "vest" is great b/c it's very easy to get on and off (velcro) and can be worn with any shirt underneath (in addition to the long-sleeved shirt included in the set).

The pieces that come with it are great for playing the part and fit / stay in the supplied loops (I will say that our set was missing a grenade -- I should have checked that all the pieces were there before I left the store. I chose not to go back b/c I decided we really didn't need that piece, and my son never realized it was missing.)

Even my 3-year-old niece enjoys donning the costume and "capturing the bad guys."

This is a consistently played with product that deserves high marks for durability, realism, and promoting imaginative play.

I order the first one and didn't get a helmet. I called and they said it was a mistake and would send another. I just got my new one and it still has no helmet. I says right on the package includes helmet. And they said it takes 3 days to contact the warehouse, about the helmets and they another 2 days to ship. Well I ordered this weeks ago for my son's halloween party. And now it won't come in, on time. So we are stuck w/ no costume and out [$]!!!! So I have to order one from somewhere else and pay a ton to have it overnight shipped. And toys r us, is not willing to do anything about it sooooo mad!! I only gave it one star because you had to!
