We received this from our registry over 2 years ago and we just upgraded my son to a big boy room - but he's used it since then! It was very sturdy quality and pretty easy to assemble. Lots of room inside and perfect for a nursery!

I loved how this dresser looked and had good reviews online, so we went ahead and got it for our nursery. I'm usually pretty positive, but i want to warn other people.

Putting it together was a beast. one of our drawers didn't even fit, so it had to be sent back and they replaced it. The dresser was never tight even after using the best tools and elbow grease it still was never "secure." The knob is completely off one of the drawers, because the screw and holes don't fit. Only a year later the drawers have completely fallen apart, sides unglued/unscrewed. It's so frustrating, having to retighten the dresser every two months. I'm fed up and spending my money somewhere else.

I am disappointed with the quality, design, and craftsmanship of this product. I previously purchased another one of these approx 2 - 2.5 years ago for my first child, and I did not really have any issues with it. We liked the function of it, so we decided to purchase another for our second child.I am no stranger to this type of furniture, I don't expect perfection, and I don't expect it to be the quality of a high dollar piece of solid wood furniture. However, for the price of [$], I certainly expect much higher quality and standards of control than I received. I do not know if there was a change in the process somewhere along the line between my previous tower and this one, but I would not have purchased it again if I dealt with these issues with the first table. I feel that there has been a failure somewhere, whether it be in the manufacturing process, or, quality control.To list the issues I encountered:1. (4) of the (7) knobs are stripped out. They were not over-tightened. Two of them slid up and down the screws without even engaging the threads. I now have to spend additional money just to have knobs that don't pull off.2. The hinge bracket that attaches to the unit itself, the holes are entirely too small to accommodate the screws. The screws had to fight each other, and the bracket, to get screwed in to the unit. Such a tight fit, that it can not be adjusted, and the door is stuck at whatever height they were screwed in at, even though they were left 'loose' for adjustment. Push too hard, and the screws will rip right out of the side of the wall frame.3. The (4) L-shaped brackets did not come close to lining up to the pre-drilled holes. I really should not need to be drilling all new holes in order to attach these brackets (which I had to do).4. The long screw that goes through the front toe-kick into the divider, immediately split the divider when the screw entered it, leaving a ~2" crack going up it. Similarly, the feet are also cracked where the pads are attached to the bottom.5. The holes for the drawer slide brackets are also off. A couple of the screws had to go in at an angle to reach the hole; and I'm pretty sure one of the holes was actually drilled at an angle. A couple of them also felt like they were starting to strip before they were even seated against the rail. I understand that this material is soft, and can not be over-tightened. These were not even tightened before they started to pull.6. Either the holes, or screwing edges for the rear panel are too close to the edge, resulting in at least 3 places where the screw popped through the finished surface taking a chunk out with it; and in the side with the shelves, they caused bulging and cracks in every place a screw was inserted.7. Cosmetically, the fit leaves a bit of room to be desired. There is a rather large gap (~1/8") between the horizontal bottom/base of the unit and the front lower horizontal support. Cosmetic, but details.While the tower is not going to fall to pieces standing in the bedroom, I can't help but feel slighted with this purchase. I can not trust how long these drawers will last before the screws pull through, or how long the door hinges will last before they pull off frame because of the screws/holes. And, just having the large crack running right up the middle of it.That mainly sums up the issues I have found with this unit. I sent the company this same information, and attached pictures of all the areas I have listed above. Hopefully I will hear something from them.From a function standpoint, I would rate this product a 5/5. It is a great concept. For worksmanship, quality, etc., I would put it at a 1 based on all the issues I had. I would see if you can find this product with a similar design, but another company.

* Piece is beautiful, but there are parts missing and the company is unresponsive. My husband is also very handy, yet it still took him three hours to put it together. There are too many parts. :[

At first this was a really nice dresser! it looks good and thats a plus. Till it completely fell apart! it started with the bottom of the top drawer dragging and getting caught on the middle drawer then the front of the top drawer came off completely and the bottom fell through. Now the bottom drawer is sticking and won't open easily. We have had it for 2 years and it is something that has been progressing over time but now its all a mess. Now we have to go spend another couple hundred bucks on a new dresser. You can bet that we will be looking for one made better! we are having another baby and now we not only have to buy a new dresser for our toddler we need a new one for the baby! This dresser should not be as much as it is. its not worth it in the long run!

My husband put this together the other night - took a little over 2 hours. It's a beautiful color and goes really well with other espresso colored furniture pieces. It does scratch pretty easily and drawers stick a tad, but we'd prefer this to them falling open. Overall, we're very pleased and can't wait to use it with our little boy in October! Good product for the price!

We purchased this product for our baby due mid-summer. It took my husband about 3 1/2 hours to put together. The directions are not that great, but doable. The drawers aren't too stable, but I don't plan on putting anything too heavy in them anyway. It is beautiful and matches our decor perfectly!

The look of the unit is nice. The assembly wasn't too bad, but the instructions were strictly pictorial with very little wording. The construction is okay. The shelves are a little wobbly and the drawer bottoms are very thin, but the table top itself is pretty solid. We purchased this unit with the hutch addition, but that was a mistake. The hutch reduces the changing table space so that it won't fit a standard changing table pad. It also does not connect to the combo unit very securely and relies mainly on being secured to the wall to keep it up.
