This may be the worst piece of furniture I have ever purchased!!! After 9 months it is literally falling apart. The entire bottom has broken and it is falling in on itself. The drawers dont line up, never did. The door broke 2 months after we had it. Worst purchase ever!!!! DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!!

this is just a horrific product i opened it and immediately wanted to return it, the dresser was already scratched and various other damage. overall poor quality i cant believe babies r us would even deal with this brand or quality im returning it today

A little nervous buying this since the store did not have one on the floor to see. Went ahead and ordered it after reading the reviews. Yes, it was pretty difficult putting it together. There are no words in the instructions just pictures, all the pieces were not labeled with letters which made it more difficult. We spread the putting together process over a few days but once we got it together looks great with the other furniture we ordered from Babies R' US.

Difficult to assemble. The back piece is made of cardboard essentially, and they didn't have the holes for the screws to go through in the right place so my boyfriend had to force screws through the cardboard where the holes should have been and it looks awful in the back. Thank goodness it's against the wall so no one can see it. After a few months one of the knobs on the bottom drawer stripped and falls off continually so we are going to use guerilla glue to hold it onto the drawer so the baby doesn't get hurt if he pulls the knob off. We hardly ever even opened the bottom drawer and it wasn't stripped when we first put the knob on so I'm not sure how it stripped. The dresser scratches easily. I do like the design of the dresser from a visual standpoint though. It does seem very sturdy (it doesn't wobble ever). If you are looking for a dresser that isn't too expensive and you can use it as a changing table and dresser though it does work well, the drawers are roomy and I love the cabinet also.

This is the only time I have ever left a comment/review of any product and to say I am disappointed would be a huge understatement. My husband and I received this dresser as a baby shower gift and were so excited only to be let down. First I will start with the good, and that is only that once assembled, it is beautiful looking (from far away) and the espresso color matches perfectly with our crib (not the same brand).

Now, onto the bad. For days we could not figure out what the horrific smell that was permeating our house was. Come to find out it was the box that the dresser came in. Next, there was a piece that was assembled inside of our "newly" purchased item. Next, there are scratches to the wood ALL OVER the dresser. Next, it took a few hours to put together. And lastly, it's quite flimsy and very poorly designed.

I am so disappointed. I would not recommend this to anyone.

It looks better than it really is. I ordered it online and when I received it my father-in-law came to set it up for me, it was missing hardware, so he had to improvise to even put it together, and because of the missing hardware it was wobbly and unsteady. The backing on it is like cardboard, so it is NOT durable at all. Please please please do not waste your money on this. It is not worth it at all.

Overall, this is a beautiful dresser. The compartments are large and stylish. However, assembly was more complex than it should have been. The screws stripped easily and made the whole experience annoying. But a helpful tip is to use the dull side of a butter knife instead of a screw-driver. I know that sounds cheap and dumb, but every screw-driver my husband and I tried only made matters worse. Also beware that the wood is darker than you may expect.

This is a very nice piece of furniture however we caution the unhandyman. My husband is very handy actually has built additions to our home and this piece took the two of us 2 hours to assemble. Very sturdy when completed. Drawers are made from cheap material so this is not a piece that will last a lifetime. If you are on a tight budget and looking for a changing table to store supplies this fits the bill.

This dresser is exactly how it is described on line. The color is also true to the picture. It does take a little time to put together, but we've found out that most durable pieces of furniture take time. The drawers slide open and closed with ease. And no sharp corners is definitely a plus. The only thing I can criticize is that the inside height of the drawers is a bit low. It would be better if the height actually matched the height of the outside appearance. Overall this is a great dresser!
