I have been using this play yard for almost a year. I have brought it outside, but I mostly keep it set up in the corner of my living room and drag it out when I need to use it. I put my son in there with soft toys if I need to keep him confined for a little while. He loves it! He has no problem going in there and keeping himself occupied. It's a real necessity for when you're alone and need to get something done quickly without your little one running around the house. I use it almost everyday. It is roomy and the sheet has held up well after being washed multiple times. It has been worth the money for me.

Bought the joovy for my 18 month old, who has 3 older siblings whom love to jump in there with him. He has way more room to play and to nap now and it is much sturdier then the ones we had. We replaced the chicco with the joovy and have a graco too, which is still be used, but not as good. Love the fact that the mat secures underneath the joovy so he can't fold it up anymore!

We bought this product after having tried a Safety 1 playard. We needed something that would contain our daughter while playing in our office, and that we would travel with from time-to-time. Once my husband read the directions it was easy to set up and take down. It is a bit heavy, but extremely sturdy and well made. The Safety 1st playard was cheaply made and had 2 holes in the mesh when we opened it up - thats why it got returned. We love our Joovy stroller, so we decided to try this. We love it and would recommend it to anyone. We love the included sheet as well.

I received this playard as a gift. I love it! We haven't had a lot of chances to use it yet. The weather is getting nicer so I'm sure we will use it when we travel and when we need to be doing yard work. It will be reassuring to have the baby safe nearby.
Now, the negatives and why I only gave it a four. This product is very heavy. There is a lighter version, but it sits right on the ground. Also, make sure you get the color you want the first time. I wanted the red, but when it came I thought we might like the black better. I returned it to Babies R Us and they could not do an even exchange for me. So I had to pay $50 more to get the color I wanted, although both colors are sold at the same price. I still think there should have been a better way. This is really a customer service issue.

I bought this product for my little preemie who is starting to get into everything now that he is crawling! This playard is perfect for him. It's large enough for him to play in, sleep in, even get some exercise in! When he is in the playard, I don't feel like he's being confined to a small space like regular playards that are usually half the size. This is an awesome purchase. I am very happy with it and it is super easy to assemble - no brainer. The only reason for 4 stars is that when I took it out of the package, it had an awful smell on one of the railings. It wasn't enough for me to want to return it, but I t's taking some time to "febreeze-it" away. Overall, the pros outweigh that one con.

I will swear by this product.. Although a bit pricey, it is phenomenal. My son is 3 months and loves stretching out and being in there with all his toys. Best part is it comes with a organic cotton sheet thats super soft, and it folds up into nothing. Its also a piece of cake to assemble.

I READ THE REVIEWS..BUT I WAS SHOCKED ON HOW BIG THE PLAYPEN IS!!!! IT IS WIDER THAN A CRIB. ITS GREAT. I USE IT FOR MY TWENTY MONTH OLD. HE LOVES IT. ITS ENOUGH ROOM FOR HIM TO PLAY AND NAP. GREAT FOR GETTING CLEANING DONE AROUND THE HOUSE..IT WILL KEEP THE LITTLE ONES SAFE.

I use this "playpen" everyday when I'm busy washing dishes or trying to do things around the house. It is very roomy and allows my 6 month old a chance to sit up or lie down or play with all of his toys. I wish it had a little more padding but it's sufficient. I am a bit overly cautious.
