Description



The Podee BPA-Free Hands-Free Baby Bottle is a complete feeding system that consists of an 8 oz. baby bottle, a silicone nipple, a long tube, a short tube, a nipple adapter, an adapter disk, a tube cleaning brush and two collars. This use-anywhere feeding system ends dropped bottles, allowing for pediatrician-recommended upright feeding to help reduce ear infections and gas build-up that can cause colic. It's ideal for feeding multiple babies at the same time and helps aid the independence of handicapped children. All parts (except for the tubes) may be sterilized in boiling water for one minute. Use the tube cleaning brush to clean openings in the adapter, disk and tubes. This system works best with only Podee nipples. Other brands have air vents, which prevent suction. Clean before first use. Meets product safety standards. Weight: 2.3 oz.

I tried this product with my 6mo daughter who is very good with a bottle. My son has feeding issues and requires more of my attention so I was hoping this would allow me to feed them both at the same time. But this required just as much of my attention as a regular bottle. It seemed she had to suck in a lot of air to keep the line filled (although I started it for her). Then I had to keep the bottle at a certain angle so the straw could get to the formula. It was too much work for her, she got distracted and did not finish. Good idea but I would not recommend this product.

The Podee bottle is an amazing product. It is perfect for when you have your hands full or when you want to enjoy a meal with everyone else at the table. Your baby can sit next to you in the car seat or a chair and drink out of the bottle similar to a normal bottle. I never had any problems with it, which is why I am a big advocate of it. Often I will buy this as a baby gift for other people or tell other moms about it. Overall, I give it a thumbs up! Word of advice: Get two or three bottles total. You never want to leave home without one. :-) One last thing... I did wait till my daughter was 6 months old to use it. I wanted to make sure she could really suck on it and have no air bubble problems.

I was very excited when I saw this since I was going on a vacation that we had to drive to. I thought it would be good in the car. I tired it a few days before but my son could not get it to work- he kept sucking and nothing came out- you have to angle it a certain way and he had to suck really hard but how can this be done in a car- would not recommend it

used every day for feeding my 2 month old. its quick and convenient when i need to do housework or something. bad thing is it leaks, and the tubes have to be replaced frequently from formula build up that wont come off. and all the markings that show how many ounces there are fade off, so im left to guess at how much im giving him. i would only reccommend if you have more than one child and dont have alot of time to sit and feed your baby, if not then its not really worth it.

this definately comes in handy when taking long road trips like we do. we dont have to have someone sit in the back and hold hte bottle. it took getting used to how to put it all together but i've got it now. it usually takes a while for my son to start getting milk but once he does it goes fast.

I bought this bottle, skeptic that it wouldn't work all that well. I was amazed! My son even eats more at a feeding with this bottle (3 weeks old). It keeps my hands free so I can hold him close and rub his bald lil head. I have to go out and buy more, I am constantly washing this bottle from all the use.

I bought this for car rides when the baby needs an immediate feeding. But, there are too many loose parts to keep track of. Not to mention it looks like a cat toy, and immediately attracted them. Also, best for bigger babies; my 3 month old could not grasp the nipple.

I would see this product many times when shopping at Babiesrus but wasn't too thrilled about buying it. It made me feel like I was lazy to not want to make some time to feed my son but after 6 months things are just too hectic and then I actually bought it and found out it is awesome!

My son took to it just fine after 2 feedings. I mainly use it when we are out shopping or whenever we are out and can't really sit there and feed him.

Reading some of the reviews I really didn't think these work. After using this product, I do have to say it DOES work but you do have to do a few things. You don't need to suck the milk out to start things off. You prime it by covering the nipple outlet and then pinching the bottom of the nipple a few times til the nipple is filled and waaallaaa!

As for the cleaning, its not much. You wash the bottle like you would any bottle and then it comes with the brush to get in the tubing. Not hard at all.

I didn't like that the nipple is a tad bit stiff but you can change the nipple to a regular standard one that does not have any vented features and has to be y-cut or they will not work with these.

Great for the money!
